Isn't an allergy doctor supposed to have the serums for those substances on hand to use for those tests? Since when does the patient have to supply all these items themselves? I found this to be very unprofessional, but I went along with it. In addition to that - and subsequently not even properly diagnosing my allergy - this guy had the gall to charge me a ridiculously high amount for a plastic spacer that the drug salespeople leave with doctors as samples to give to their patients free of charge. He even said, while handing it to me "Here's something for you." only to go and bill my insurance for it! Not only did I already have one and never claimed to need a new one - but I could have gotten it at my pharmacy for no cost if I did need one. That was in addition to a number of other questionable fees and charges that were tacked on to my bill. Shoddy practice, sneaky charges, and no relief from my allergy to boot. I moved right along.

You can clearly see how caring and passionate he truly is. He is a doctor who wants to help you. Not get you in and out like most do. He even had medical questions for my husband and had me call him so he can talk to him. What doctor does that?? Right there and then he figured everything out. He even called to check up on her! What doctor actually cares enough to call and not have a nurse do it! I'm truly great full for this doctor. If it was not for him...I would have never known what was going on with my child. Instead of helping me find secondary care, Dr. Payman preformed a in office surgery on my right ear that had no medical proof that an ear tube was needed at all. Dr. Payman placed the ear tube incorrectly inside my eardrum which caused me pain and suffering and permanent hearing loss. After returning to his office for months and complaining about the pain and hearing loss from his botched ear tube placement, he finally pulled the tube out of my eardrum. Although Dr. Payman's damage to my eardrum was already done. A month later at a new ENT doctors office, I was told the doctor who placed the tube inside my right eardrum, over-cut my ear drum as much as 3x larger then a eardrum needs to be cut for a eartube. Called Hudson Valley Dermatology and could have a doctor check it out the next morning. Dr Phil examined the area and stated it didn't appear to be cancerous. Took a biopsy absolutely no pain he is quite skilled. Many of my friends warned me that procedure is very painful not true. He proscribed medication and in days the ugly spot disappeared . Dr. Phil is a wonderful diagnostician highly skilled highly trained dermatologist would go back in a New York minute if needed

Told me it would take a week or two to work. Sill deaf weeks later, went to another ENT, who told me my hearing might well have been saved if I had been prescribed steroids ASAP. Obviously, I cannot recommend this doctor under any circumstances.
