I took advantage of a special offer for a facial and the procedure itself was really nice, the girls who did it were super sweet and did a great job, so in my mind I had already planned to come back while still there, and then, after the procedure, the "pusher" (this guy who acted like some skin expert, but was more like the guy in some shady car dealership in his sales "technique") came - never ever have I felt so pushed into purchasing more and signing up for a membership, and when he eventually, after trying and trying, realized he can't work me he said "Well, you either want to be healthy and look it or not" ... He kind of ruined the experience for me, I was sooo relaxed until he started his sales show, so I certainly won't go back & and won't tell all my friends like he asked me too. He tried to sell me a somewhere around $4500 device for the skin, and when I said that that was a bit too much for me to make a spontaneous purchase he said pretty snobby "Oh, that's a lot of money for you?" ... Something I had a very hard time with & was really a struggle for me was they don't have proper pedicure chairs. They're just regular chairs & a large basin for your feet that IS NOT SECURED TO THE FLOOR, so I spent the entire service with my legs tensed because I was trying so hard not to push this huge water basin full of soapy water etc onto the lap of my nail tech!! Despite my efforts to prevent the basin from pushing towards her lap, my poor nail tech had to continually reach up & push the basin back towards me because it was perpetually sliding all through the service. When I expressed my apologies for its sliding, she stated "it's fine, she's used to it." She was very sweet but this frustration really took away from me being able to relax during the pedi because my legs were so tensed & I was so worried about the basin splashing into her lap!
