We believe in accountability and were fully willing to take care of any legitimate damages....but respect and professionalism should go both ways. With the monthly fee over $771/month that is their job and I should not have to waste an hour of my time to fill out forms and upload last years inspections but I did and now they have posted a letter they are going to break in next week if someone is not home. I received no confirmation from my submissions and no response to my emails. I have called and they say they do not see the information in their portal. I sent them the old emails and a screenshot of the submissions in the portal. This is harassment! I was hoping the board would change management companies again as it seems they do every year or so but I cannot wait and going to sell this condo hopefully this spring.

When we finally needed inspectors, she worked to find some on such short notice. (We decided at 9pm and she found someone that night who was able to do it in the morning) She was communicative, she was honest, and she worked so hard to help us with this process.
