Her office runs like a finely oiled machine. She keeps appointment times. Her office staff call you back quickly and they care as much as Dr. Adelman does. Her staff is fabulous just like Dr. Adelman! Dr. Adelman bends over backwards to ensure her patients get the best possible care and in the most timely manner. If I was old enough to see her, I would. I asked, but she only takes geriatric patients and I'm not quite old enough yet. But she helped me find a great doctor in the same network. She cares deeply and she listens. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Adelman and her entire staff. They treat you like family.

Dr. Bruce Stark is an exceptionally compassionate and knowledgeable MD…read more I came to him in 2016-2017 with a serious narcotic addiction. Dr. Stark seemed to me to be very empathetic and non judgemental. He outlined a range of treatment options everything from replacement therapy to possible in patient care. When we finally decided on a (at the time) just approved drug which quite expensive he spent a lot of timc onsulting/conferencing/or arguing with the Insurance companies to make sure my medication was always covered. On a quick side note by a couple of reviews who have complained about it being a practice that is strictly in the business of collecting fees. Dr. Starks practice did have a pharmacy on site but the doctor always took time to explain which medications were absolutely necessary.\n And which medications could have potential benefits butt were maybe not absolutely mandatory. My most appreciated about Dr. Stark is that he explains all treatment options and then lets you make the decision which is going to be best for yourself. He is an incredibly knowledgeable and talented physician.\nWith a compassionate manner.

I encountered significant issues…read morewith communication, care coordination, and the prior authorization process for prescribed medications. In my case, inaccurate information was submitted regarding insurance authorization, which delayed access to treatments that should have been eligible for coverage. The office appeared understaffed, with administrative and clinical responsibilities seemingly handled by the same individual, which contributed to confusion and inconsistent information. When I sought assistance resolving the authorization issues, I was told that I was "on my own" and that the matter was not the office's responsibility. Rather than helping navigate the process or advocating on my behalf, I felt my concerns were dismissed. Most concerning was the lack of support when barriers to treatment arose. Patients depend on their healthcare providers to help coordinate care and communicate with insurers when medically necessary treatments are prescribed. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I was ultimately advised to seek care elsewhere. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice.

I had been a patient of Cynthia Thaik for several years. At a certain point, I developed PVC's at…read morefirst they were minor. However, after some very stressful events in life my PVCs started to rapidly rise. Overall I would say outside of dealing with PVCs Dr. Thaik was through in testing and monitoring and providing options like nutrition as a means of addressing heart health. However, once my PVCs started to rise she wanted to immediately put me on medication. I was concerned of course but also wanted to understand the root cause. Why was I suddenly experiencing these PVCs. Rather than having other means to investigate she wanted me to start medication. When I asked if we could address other factors to find the root cause she became upset and even recorded a statement to dictate and record that I was not willing to start the medication right away. Needless to say that is when I stop going here. And also, happy to say that I'm proud for trusting my gut and getting several opinions. Which eventually lead me to less than 2% PVCs without out taking one pill or any procedure. It took a Dr. the was willing to observe me while I worked on addressing several potential root causes. I was bummed because before the PVCs w/o any issues she was a good Dr. Who offered meditation, nutrition and testing as options. But the holistic aspect of her approach is limited once a concern arises.

I am writing this review on behalf of my husband and myself as we are both patients of Dr…read more Thomassian. Dr. Thomassian is truly one of the most fantastic doctors we've ever had. He proves that a doctor's visit doesn't need to be hours long to be thorough, thoughtful, detailed, effective, and--most importantly--to make you feel genuinely seen and heard. He is incredibly prompt and respectful of your time, while somehow never making the appointment feel rushed. He's kind, funny, caring, attentive, and has a way of immediately putting your mind at ease. I left feeling completely confident that my health is in very good hands. I'm newly postpartum, and he has been wonderful in helping me navigate the reins of this new chapter and come up with a plan for a truly healthy future so I can be my best self for my baby. He was incredibly thorough, provided me with excellent referrals, and made the entire process so seamless. I was able to have my labs done immediately after my appointment, received the results that same day, and he had already reviewed and addressed them with me. That kind of attentiveness and follow-through is so appreciated and, unfortunately, not something you find everywhere. He even went the extra mile discussing medication options and copays with me, actively trying to find the most affordable choices--definitely not something most PCPs go out of their way to do. Dr. Thomassian is the epitome of a doctor who genuinely loves what he does and truly cares about helping people. My husband and I both agree that we'll proudly and gladly keep him as our PCP until we're old and gray. Sorry, Dr. Thomassian--you're stuck with us for life! Couldn't recommend him more highly. Also, the staff was really great and super welcoming. I felt right at home from the first second I joined the clinic. Thanks for everything!
