Amazing group of women they stayed late to help with an urgent issue. Highly recommended.read more

Went for an annual appointment. I asked if they could take a look and one of the women working there took my glasses and went into the back/staff area. Ten minutes later she comes out with a horrendous looking pair of glasses and said that the glasses frame had been bent, so she tried to bend it back and it snapped, and that this frame was the only one they had that would fit the lenses. I've had to re-assemble my glasses quite a few times and have never damaged my frame (minus the stripped screw) in the process. The fact that I asked about a screw issue and had my frame bent and broken without being asked first is infuriating, especially since she takes no responsibility (to quote her) for damage to the frame being snapped, even though I had virtually no say/knowledge in the matter, and therefore, I would have to pay for a new frame, and until that frame came in, I would be stuck with the other frame until it came in two weeks from now. The frame was absolutely horrendous, which isn't a big deal except for the fact that it doesn't fit my face in the slightest and is extremely uncomfortable to wear when they aren't falling off of my face constantly, so now I virtually can't see. The only darling thing about this visit was my drive on the way to their office thinking I would have an at least half-decent experience.

He advised me that my problems were being caused from dry eye. He gave me a treatment plan to use for the condition. I immediately started with the recommended treatment and am happy to report that I am no longer suffering with burning, watery eyes. It took several weeks for the treatment plan to improve the condition but I am so happy I stuck with it. The change in my vision and comfort are 100% improved. I received excellent care and service from this office and would highly recommend them to anyone who is need of excellent eye care.

I reached out to Dr. Hunter for Lasik surgery over a month ago. I was contacted by Dale, which may…read morebe the nicest woman in the world. She took care of my appointments and what each step would take and cost. Never misguided throughout the process. I had a consultation that I was told I was a good candidate for Lasik or PRK. Dr. Hunter went over both options for me to choose. I chose Lasik. He said it would be an easy process and talked me through what the day would entail. Dale called to remind me of appointments and day of surgery. The day of surgery I was first up at 7am and I've never met a more laid back/serious group in my life. Everyone had a job and took that job very serious. Dr. Hunter spoke with me throughout the ENTIRE process. Never a second did I not know what was going on. After my first eye was done he even let me take a second to collect myself. After doing the first eye, the second eye is a breeze. In my "BRAND NEW" EYES...best experience I've ever had with any doctor, any team. Bravo and thank you for giving me my eye site back. To anyone on the fence about it...do it. Its painless. A little pressure, but no more pressure than if you sat on your hand. You feel it, but it's not even close to significant. Dr. Hunter is the best.
