So on august 18th I used target optical in bluffton sc to get a eye exam and purchased a new set of glasses and sunglasses had to wait 5 days before they even came in , then the glasses were wrong way to strong ( Progresives) was told i needed to wear them for a view days , they never cleared up, 3 days later was told to come in and meet with joe the Certified Optician , he checked them out for over an hr , matched them to the script suggested that i needed a diffrent tpe of progresiv lense but to also have eye doc recheck the script , so another appointment on monday the 25th of august.Eye doc said after reckecking my eyes that he thought script was right but I needed a diffrent lense . The lady Christina that handles this is gone to hand out fliers to drum up business but when she returns he would explain it to her told me to leave the eye wear there and in about 5 days I would get my new glasses. ( Mind you Mr Joe the Optician had assured me they would make it right and would make them as many times as it takes to get them right , cause when the lenses are wrong they are of no use to me. So by thursday the 28th I was told that they had contacted the manufacturer and they were sending them out that firday morning to get them redone . Well another week had gone by I still Have not heard back so I went in there today almost two weeks later and my glasses were laying in the same spot I had left them in . Christina proceeded to tell me that its impossible to get the lenses redone and really its just my eyes not the glasses that are wrong and there is nothing more they could do for me ,but to refund my money. So they never contacted anyone they lied to me all the way arround3 weeks later I still have no glasses , This after even the Eye doctor there had assured me that this happens all the time that the lenses are not quit right and have to be remade . so here is to all, they will sale you the most expensive lenses with all the bs and they are worthless. Really Pissed for getting lied too , so far for customer satisfaction . Guess since I dont know if their Eye doc sucks or there Lense Manufacturer Iam going to have to spent more lost time off work to get my eyes reexamined by a real Eye Doc and buy my eye wear elsewhere . Iam going to make sure that my 600 plus customers I service arround Bluffton all hear about my experience there and make sure they never buy there eye wear here . read more
