Their former home was a four car garage, and I thought they would never get a big garage again. They are now proud owners of a spacious six car garage and a beautiful home! I first worked with Wendi when I bought my first home in 2015. A couple months into searching, I was discouraged in this tough sellers-market. I was limited by budget and location. She taught me what to look for in a house. Galvanized plumbing? Clean crawl space? What's the attic like? Double pane windows? Asbestos? Lead paint? What are the bills like? What are the neighbors like? Good school district? Is there crime? What condition is the electrical panel in? New roof? I was tired of seeing dump after dump. After what seemed like an eternity, we found the perfect match. Two car garage rambler with private beach access to Lake Goodwin! We met at the house the day it went on the market and put in an offer that evening. I got it! She always made herself available to look at potential homes with me. This is extremely valuable when the market is hot and decent houses go pending within a day! Keep in mind I have not sold my first house as we want to have it as a rental property, otherwise she would sell it for me The second time I worked with Wendi my fiancé and I were looking to move into something closer to work. Again, same commitment. Day in and day out, willing to show you houses the same day you find something with potential. We finally found one we loved. We took a tour the day it came on the market, we put an offer in hours later, and although we weren't the highest offer, they accepted our offer that evening! She is Wonder Woman! She points out things even an engineer would overlook (because I sometimes did). If you've read this far, it's obvious I love working with, Wendi! She amazes me with her dedication and compassion to find buyers the right home. I look forward to continuing business with Wendi in the future.

We picked Mark and his team because he came prepared with multiple options for our sale. Much of the uncertainty was eliminated because he'd done his homework prior to meeting with us. His suggestion for pricing our home was spot on as well. We also made it clear that we wanted to do very little work to get ready. Mark pointed us to service providers who made sure everything was ready to go. The house looked amazing and we had to do very little to make it happen. Our home sold in under a week in a market that was slowing down and the price point exceeded our expectations. We then moved into buying a new home. Surprisingly, this is where we had the most questions. Mark and his team were incredibly responsive and no question was too small. They helped us navigate financing, an offer and closing. However, when we met with him it became clear that he was definitely the right choice for the following reasons; He is thorough. He asked a lot of questions and took notes. He has a quick wit, and easy charm that let me know he's a good networker. He is very knowledgeable about real estate, has 14+ years of experience and has built a successful business in real estate. The process was stressful as it always is when you are moving a large family. Mark was a cool breeze when we were sweating bullets. He kept us calm when we felt like freaking out. His team and network is fantastic from staging to photography to the mortgage lender and everything in between. He always returned calls, kept us in the loop. Our home sold for well over asking price. We were so happy with him we decided to also hire him as our buyers agent. Being a 1st time home buyer is not easy in a…read morehyper competitive real estate market like Seattle where things move very fast, and multiple offers come in before the offer review date. Shane always made himself available to tour houses when they were being listed. This gave us a chance to tour houses early giving us time to think and decide on next steps. Shane provided comprehensive review during the tours, covering quality, builder, materials used, appliances, potential upgrades/fixes, etc. that was very helpful while comparing different houses. The research team did a good job compiling the background details of the house and comp analysis. During the offer stage, Shane helped coming up with a strategy, but never put a lot of pressure, if we were not comfortable. He was patient during the entire process and always answered questions as soon as possible. He was always on top during the negotiations in terms of getting updates from listing agents which helped fine tune our offers. Even though it took a few attempts, Shane was always supportive and was open to discussing what could we do better next time. I learnt a lot during this process. Our winning offer was a Flyhomes cash offer, which was not the highest offer but the fast and smooth closing offered by the Flyhomes team secured the win for us. It's definitely worth a shot in this market. I would also like to thank Nicholas Anderson from Flyhomes Mortgage, who was very patient in running calculations multiple times before we made offers and helping with hypothetical scenarios. Having all the data before making offers helped us make informed decisions. That being said, there is always room for improvement. The app UI can improve a bit (in terms of how quickly new house listings notifications are sent out) and sync between multiple teams within Flyhomes can improve further.     Update base on the business reply : As their customer since…read moreFebruary, I can say their listing agent, selling agent , lender who got in contact with us are all very not helpful at all, not only they are blur on delivering messages and information, but also are just has no idea what they are doing at all, answering the wrong questions, not clear on the contract, trying to get away with problems- as they take your complains for nothings and all they can do to put this poor guy Jared out to say" oh sorry we can't really do anything " and that's all, sorry we take your money but can't do anything! Figure something out ! Their California agent Christina Felix is very unprofessional and only thing she did was stressing out the costumer , when we sign the contract she was very pushy and didn't explain clear enough. We agreed the seller stay in the property with 3 week rent back, but agent told them it's free without being clear to us , which on the contract shows as blank , which does not mean $0- and she later claims something on the contract says " licensed fee $0" means rent back free. They are using undirected term to trick people who doesn't understand the actual meanings. After we complain to the Flyhomes , they said they can't cover our loss, and not responsible for the mistake, and they start asking us if we want to back out the offer ( that way they can take our earnest money and buy the house , resale it, then make profit out of it ) we are beyond annoyed and very frustrated because we are in the middle of buying this house , we love the property, but Flyhome is just very unprofessional, and has no idea what they are doing, miscommunication with lender ,buyer , seller , ..etc . I highly suggest people who is thinking use them, think twice ! By the way , their mortgage interest rate is completely rip off, DO NOT Use them
