Our journey to our dream house started with us casually talking to Deanna about a house we really loved and would love to build something similar to in the future. The market was crazy and we didn't think we could get that house, so we were just using it as an example. However, everything changed when Deanna called us one day and said she could help us buy that house if we were ready to submit an offer. We were caught completely by surprise, but my wife and I decided to go for it and asked if we could tour the house one more time before the offer. All of this was happening on a Thursday afternoon and we were supposed to submit an offer by end of Friday. Deanna arranged the tour on Friday, met us there, answered all of our questions, and then prepared the offer that night. Seller accepted our offer the next morning. We were in complete shock that we actually got the house we fell in love with at first sight, all thanks to Deanna! Deanna's efforts didn't stop there though. This was a new construction property, so we still had 1.5 months until closing and we wanted to do some upgrades. Deanna had everything under her control up until the last minute. I mean, I thought I was detail oriented until we met Deanna :) She handled all the communication with us, the Builder, the Seller, and the Lender. She kept us up to date on every single detail. Moreover, whenever we had questions on anything, she always responded very quickly, even if we just sent her an email. And finally, on the closing day, Deanna met us at the new house for our final walkthrough and she even had very nice gifts waiting for us in the kitchen! Deanna previously helped us buy our dream home, so we have decided to ask for her help to sell our previous house and I'm so glad we did. From the initial meeting at our place to go over the process all the way to the closing, she again had everything under control. At the first meeting, she toured the house and took notes on every single detail that would differentiate our house from others on the market. She also gave us a lot of advice on what to do to prepare the house before the showings. After we moved out, Deanna reached out to several staging companies to find one that is not super expensive, but still can do a nice job given the house's value and the neighborhood, and she did. Stagers did an amazing job. After that, Deanna also handled the photo shoot and got a video made, which started off with a drone video of the house. To be honest, when we first saw the video, we could not believe it was our house :) At the end, listings on the popular websites had amazing photos, an incredible video, a 3D walkthrough, and even the list of facts about the house that she previously took notes on. She even had a book printed that had every detail about the house including schools in the neighborhood and placed it on the kitchen island for showings. Deanna then held 2 open houses on the weekend we put the house on the market. She kept giving us updates and also great advice on which offers to consider. After 6 days on the market, we had multiple highly competitive offers! Deanna set up a virtual meeting that night and went over the offers with us. When we finally made a decision, Deanna handled the rest and just told us to go celebrate! And as usual, Deanna stayed on top of everything until the day of closing with the Title company and the Buyers.
