Surgery day, staff were all very friendly and helped ease my nerves. All my questions were answered before being put under. Surgery didn't take long, as promised. Woke up in a recliner and they assured me I could stay as long as I needed. Sent me off with a packet of instructions and care package. Painful healing process, but I healed! They also offer a virtual follow up so you do not have to physically come back in. Only downside I experienced was the parking. Tiny lot. It's required that your ride home waits in the waiting room, but my ride had to circle around before a spot opened because another patient left.

The staff tried to sell me expensive cosmetic procedures while I had severe pain following a failed crown, instead of expressing any empathy regarding what I was actually experiencing. The dentist managing the procedure advised me to take something like Xanax before any future dental procedures, because I was an "anxious" patient. Having excruciating pain can make you anxious. I have a hunch they save the courteous and professional act for their wealthier patients.
