From the very first moment I went to By Design Dental and stepped through those doors, I knew I…read morewasn't just walking into a dental office. I was walking into a place that would change my life. Dr. Neil and Dr. Singh did my "teeth in a day" AllonX surgery and delivered my new teeth on the same day, and my smile is exactly what I envisioned. The craziest part is, the day after surgery, I am feeling absolutely NO PAIN! I had old failing implants and limited bone which made it a tough surgical case. I luckily found the surgeon, Dr. Singh, who did my lower AllonX surgery years ago and he now works at By Design with Dr. Neil who's one of the best. What I found here was so much more than world-class dentistry. I found warmth, compassion, and a team of people who truly make you feel like family. The staff is nothing short of extraordinary. Every single person, from the front desk to the assistants, the doctors, and the in-house anesthesiologist, treats you with respect, kindness, and genuine care. They are attentive, thoughtful, and endlessly patient, answering every question and calming every worry. You are never rushed, never just a number. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel completely comfortable and confident. The atmosphere is unlike anything I have ever experienced in a medical or dental setting. The office is beautifully decorated with warm, welcoming touches that make it feel more like a cozy home than a clinic. From the soothing décor to the inviting layout, everything is designed to put you at ease the second you arrive. One of the most incredible things about this office is that they have an in-house anesthesiologist. For anyone nervous about dental procedures or in my case, a full mouth of dental implants, this is an absolute game changer. Knowing that I had a skilled anesthesiologist right there, monitoring me the entire time, gave me complete peace of mind. It allowed me to feel safe, relaxed, and cared for on a level I didn't think possible in a dental chair. The results speak for themselves. Before coming here, I felt anxious, embarrassed, and unsure of what my future smile would look like. Now, I look in the mirror and see not only a beautiful smile, but a restored confidence I thought I had lost forever. The difference is night and day--not just in how I look, but in how I feel about myself. This office is the gold standard of dental care. Their expertise with implants is unmatched, their compassion is genuine, and their dedication to patients is something you simply cannot find elsewhere. They use the most cutting edge digital equipment which I've never seen before. They don't just fix teeth, they restore confidence, dignity, and joy. If you are searching for the best dental office for implants or general dental care which Dr. Neil's wife does (her name is Dr. Patel and she's an angel) your search is over. This is it. This is the place. They aren't just in a league of their own and they've set the bar so high that every other practice pales in comparison. I am endlessly grateful for the care I've received here. Walking in as a nervous patient and walking out with a new smile and a heart full of gratitude is an experience I will never forget. This isn't just dentistry. This is life-changing care, delivered by people who feel like family. Thank you to everyone at By Design Dental for changing my life
