The dentist himself is pleasant and talkative. His staff seem all nice as well. However, I did not appreciate getting fillings when I never needed to them get done. I had only 1 cavity in my years of life and I attended this dentist's office only to "miraciously" have 11 cavities??? I had just gone to a dentist where I was studying out of state that informed me only 1 was present. He was insistent that I had to get the cavities filled ASAP. After filling and still to this day, I have issues with the tooth he filled because it protrudes too much. The dentist would watch tv and go back and forth between patients to do other procedures. So while you are in pain and frozen, you unfreeze and get to continue with pain your filling. Never again will I go here!

She had a presentation the following day and didn't want to look bad. I called knowing that it was a lost cause trying on the weekend but anyway tried a number of dental offices. They were all closed. I was finally happy when I found this office because they had an after hour emergency line direct to the dentist on call. The dentist was kind enough to immediately open up and have my friend go in. Mind you, this was after hours on the weekend. The place was really beautiful. Everything went awesome. She had a new crown and her tooth looked like it had never even been broken in the first place. It was perfect. I decided to even come back in today with my sister who wanted a deep cleaning. Even better insurance paid for everything. I had to post this. I am grateful and humbled that a dentist would go overboard and take the effort to help. We just had the most enjoyable experience here.

Didn't badger me about how often I brushed or flossed. I thought I had indicated on the patient info form that I would like more info on teeth whitening but I don't think the hygienist and doctor noticed it and did not follow up during my visit. This is only a small gripe and does not reflect poorly on the quality of their work as dental professionals. A++++ on the part that mattered the most.

I paid in full and on time for the root canal. Today I had an issue with that same tooth and I recalled Dr. Yasir Siddique (who performed my root canal) telling me "If you have any issues with that tooth, please call US back so we can help you out." I took this as kind and genuine customer service, but it was a total ploy. I went in today with pain to that tooth, got an appointment scheduled, sat in the chair, had a tech come over and eliminate the issue, all within a span of 2 minutes. Sounds good, right? Nope. This office is in the business of price gouging you for services at every turn. I was told multiple times to get an X-ray of the tooth that I had an issue with "to make sure it was not part of the problem". I declined the X-ray, thankfully. I then went to the front of the office where they told me I would be charged for the service today. After pleading with the people at the front of the office, they asked Dr. Siddique if they could waive the fee from today's visit. He told them no, because the appointment today had nothing to do with the tooth... but I thought he wanted me to get an X-ray to make sure it was not the tooth... Which one is it? Save your time and money and go somewhere that cares about you and your health, not just what is in your wallet.

Fast-forward 25 years later, it was time. I am genuinely not afraid of many things, however, visiting the Dentist terrifies me... well it did terrify me, but not anymore, not after my experience at this Dental office. I'm not even sure where to begin, as this office is all around amazing! The staff is genuine. They're all nice and caring. They're communicative. They're patient and even comical. I found this Dentist office, by chance; through a google and yelp search. I found other offices to call, but something told me to make an appt here, and I'm so glad that I did. Dr. Sherpa, office is a gem. They made me feel at home and at peace. Her staff is polite, positive, and helpful. Dr. Sherpa and her staff are a combination of class, down to earth, professional and empathetic. I felt like I was at one of those family-owned Dentistry, like in one of those family movies you find on Netflix, with a golden retriever in the background. What I got done: So, my visit required me to have a filling, that I got back in college, removed and replaced with a cap. I wasn't sure what that meant, as I've never had a cap before. Dr. Sherpa conducted a short 1:1 with me, explaining to me, (words and pictures) what that would look like and what it would entail. I had some cavity there. I also had some cavity at the upper back part of my mouth/tooth. Not bad for not going to a dentist for 25 years lol. In order to get my filling removed, Dr. Sherper, had to numb my mouth. She talked to me every step of the way. She explained how it may feel, every step of the way. Here assistant was amazing and did the same. Honestly, it was not as painful as I thought it would be. Dr. Sherpa was very skilled at massaging my mouth and my gums as the numbing was happening. I'm sure she used other techniques that she developed throughout her training or career as well that helped, and I appreciate it that so much. Overall, the process was smooth. As of this review, I have seen her about three times. And will continue to do so for my routine visits, and maybe teeth whitening.

Kelly immediately fit me into his schedule. I ended up having oral surgery and even through the referral process, Kelly checked on me several times over the weekend and got me into a great oral surgeon in Dr. Silverstein. I'm beyond thankful for the care they give to my 86 year old father and now me and other members of our family. I'm thrilled I finally have a wonderful dentist with a phenomenal office staff. Definitely recommend.

Lied about not being able to offer gas for my daughter to have her cavity filled during…read moreCOVID (I found another dentist who said there was 0bteason not to and did 2 weeks later) and obviously the reason was he was over booked and trying to rush as many patients through that he could see in the shortest amount of time. Without gas, my day was quite anxious but went thru the novacaine needle ok but when Dr Rose was ready to have her drilling begin, she said she wasn't numb. Annoyed, he tried to keep drilling but when she said she a could still feel the pain, he came back with another needle, clearly annoyed with her and numbed her up so badly she couldn't feel her eye and wasn't able to eat for way longer than the usual novacaine needle. Never again.
