Save yourself the trouble the staff and doctor were unprofessional and rude. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.

This dentist is super close to my family's home when I was in high school so we decided to switch…read moreover to them... and for years, one by one we've been dropping. They are an incredibly weird unprofessional and rude group. I'm writing this today because i just found out I need to get my wisdom teeth out. I'm 22 and live in LA now, when they started to impact and hurt and I had to go to a local place for a consult. They told me they should have been taken out years ago when I was in high school and my dentist should have emphasized that to me. Now the root has fully grown in. Of course, when I would go for a check up, they told me year after year to wait even though I had all four near the surface/ready to come out. My mom and I also had similar experiences where the dentists here were rude and egotistical. I had a cavity filled and they didn't shave off the excess completely and I kept mentioning my bite was off and Dr. Greenberg (I think?) actually had the audacity to say "are you doubting my ability to do my job? the one I went to school for?" or something along those lines. Man was dead serious. I went back a week later and another dentist fixed it. It's just so off in this office man. Everyone's weird and there's a little dog that runs around. WEIRD VIBES. DO NOT GO.

They are NOT a Covid safe dental practice and I got Covid after my emergency appointment, leaving…read moreme further disabled and now in medical debt. I specifically went here because I am high risk. When I called with a dental emergency, Natalie told me masks were required at all times in the back. When I showed up, the hygienist Maryann called me to the back with no mask on. She brings me to the back room and hands me a small cup of iodine mouthwash, still while not wearing a mask. I had to ask her to put one on before I took off my N95, and she put on a baggy surgical mask that was open on the sides (that does not protect the patients or staff from Covid or other airborne viruses). She kept pulling her mask down below her chin to talk to me while less than a foot away from my unmasked face. Dr Patel also kept taking his mask off to talk to me during the initial appointment. I had to tell him my mom died of Covid to get him to put it back on. Other staff were walking around in the back without masks as well. I asked to open the door for ventilation and Dr. Patel said he was too cold (which I understand, but they need to upgrade their ventilation). Then Simona comes in with no mask and gets right up in my face, complimenting me and trying to charm me into signing the paperwork. Patients should not have to ask medical professionals to wear masks, especially at a dental practice. Do not go here if you don't want to end up with a mass disabling vascular disease. Also, they wanted $5k for a root canal and $1500 for an extraction, which is very pricey.
