This message is not a reflection of you but rather of your front desk staff, whose behavior today was both unprofessional and deeply concerning. I attempted to provide feedback regarding their communication, specifically their use of all caps in texts, which came across as unprofessional and dismissive. I simply asked for our son to be referred to as BJ in your communications to avoid confusion, and while we understood that his legal name cannot be changed in your system due to insurance requirements, the staff repeatedly ignored this request as if I was an idiot. Instead of addressing our concerns respectfully, they escalated the situation, made condescending remarks, and accused me of saying inappropriate things I do not recall, which I found unwarranted and offensive but the icing on the cake is when they dismissed our kids from the practice. I still don't believe it was warranted from my actions but it's clear they want to win an argument vs. build rapport and deescalate the situation. Deny me but to deny kids is petty and super unprofessional. Even I still don't feel as if me being dismissed from the practice was warranted if they went that route. When I expressed dissatisfaction, I was met with hostility, accused of violating HIPAA, and dismissed from the practice without justification. Your staff even brought up personal anecdotes unrelated to the issue, further aggravating the situation. It felt like they were ganging up on me during the phone call, which was extremely distressing and unprofessional. Even other low scoring reviews on here for your business you can see in their responses that they like to battle with customers. They meet people with hostility instead of trying to resolve the issue. I am deeply troubled by how I was treated, especially since my feedback was given respectfully and in good faith initially I admit I was frustrated but still never disrespectful when your staff called me. Which is very normal with conflict. Their responses, both via text and phone, were dismissive, argumentative, and lacked basic customer service etiquette. They have left me feeling unheard and unfairly targeted. Over the years, one of the biggest concerns I noticed was the frequent change of dentists. My treatment passed from one dentist to another, and unfortunately, when a serious problem eventually developed, that lack of continuity became extremely important. When I was treated by Dr. Sardora, I specifically discussed my concerns about what would happen if there were problems after the treatment. At the time, I was reassured that they would take good care of me if anything happened afterward. That reassurance was one of the reasons I trusted the practice and moved forward with significant dental work, including a dental bridge. Unfortunately, when problems later developed and Dr. Lee was handling my case, the response was completely different. I was told that the work was beyond a one-year warranty period and that the office would not be responsible for it. I was honestly shocked by that response. This was not a small or temporary dental procedure. This was a dental bridge. Even my dental insurance generally only covers replacement of this type of major restorative work after a much longer interval, yet I was being told that after just over a year, the practice no longer considered itself responsible for addressing the problem. What makes this experience even more upsetting is what I am dealing with now. Because of the complexity of the existing dental work and the problems that need to be corrected, I am now having an extremely difficult time finding another dentist willing to take over my case. I have been left searching for someone who is willing and qualified to deal with the situation and determine how my teeth can be properly restored. For me, this is much bigger than whether a dental office technically offers a one-year "warranty." My concern is about continuity of care and accountability. Patients undergoing major restorative treatment should understand what happens if the dentist who performed the work leaves the practice, who takes responsibility for follow-up care, and what the practice will do if serious problems develop later. After being a patient here for years, trusting the practice through multiple changes of dentists, and relying on the reassurance I was originally given, I found the way my situation was ultimately handled extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The situation became serious enough that I filed a formal complaint with the Pennsylvania Department of State regarding my experience. I am sharing this review because I genuinely wish I had understood these issues before agreeing to major dental work here. If you are considering crowns, bridges, implants, or other extensive restorative treatment at this practice, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion and asking--in writing--exactly who will be responsible for your care if complications develop after treatment or if your treating dentist leaves the practice. Unfortunately, I am now the one left trying to find another doctor willing to help fix a very complicated dental situation.

I had cleaning every 6 months or a yearly, I had X-rays when they said I was due. No one said I had a cavity or any issue with my teeth. In 2026 I was there for a routine cleaning and when the dentist came in, he said I needed to replace that same crown. I asked him why? it's not that old? He said it's not fitting correctly. I called the office and asked them to send me the x-rays. I told her my problem and she suggested I have a consultation with the owner, which I did a couple days later after that cleaning. He said I have a cavity under that crown. I asked why didn't your dentist tell me that, I was just here a couple days ago. He said he will talk to him. I question if I have a cavity there, I really do! The office called me and said the the owner would discount a price of a new crown and charge $420. He did not take responsibility that the crown was not put in properly in 2023. It was nothing I did or didn't do. When I got home I spoke to my husband, who is a retired dentist, he looked at the x-rays and said if I have a cavity there it is likely due to the open margin of the crown. He said it was not seated correctly. My insurance will not pay for a crown that is 3 years old. I would not go back to that office now even he said he will replace it at no charge. One doc said nothing about a cavity, two days later another doc said I have a cavity!! I lost my trust in them. I rather pay elsewhere and have it done correctly. They lost me and my uncle as patients.

There are plenty of new dentist facility. The plus to my short experience was dentist " had good bedside manner" and dental hygenist but prefer someone more experience. And didn't offer any monthly treatment plan and I think the only office which doesn't offer in office payment plans ( as many do with extensive dental treatment) not talking about 3rd parties like care credit. I would recommend anyone needing treatment going elsewhere again too many dentists every area in state.
