Dr. Shah (sp?) was extremely rude and more interested in trying to prove herself right and me wrong about my son's pre-treatment antibiotic requirement. It was only a consultation so no med was given and although knowing this, she jabbed a sharp instrument in my son's abcessed gum causing him to scream, cry and bleed. Not one word of reassurance or comfort from her as she walked out of the room only to come back loudly proclaiming she had "bad news" in front of my already upset son. Horrible, horrible experience there. I would definitely NOT recommend bringing a child to that office.

Still nervous because anyone with sensitivity knows how scared you are to have THAT pain. My problems is resolved. I'll go every 6 months from now. Financially they work with you and gave me big discounts. My fear of the dentist is gone. They have numbing stuff nowadays. I love this place. My confidence has improved a lot. From the initial testing/consultation to the final filling, she totally put me at ease. She was knowledgeable, fastidious, and extremely calm. Her assistant Melissa was great, too. I was able to get in right away after speaking with the amazingly friendly and helpful Office Manager, Roseann. She's full of life and will put a smile on your face the second you meet her! I had an appointment first thing in the morning, and let me tell you, I never once felt rushed or pushed out the door. In fact, I spent so much time there I felt like I was hanging out with friends. Brooke the hygienist was super friendly and so knowledgeable. Unlike the previous dentist offices I've been too, this time I felt they had my utmost best interest in mind and explained everything to me. All the concerns I went in there with quickly subsided. Within two visits I had a cleaning, checkup and night guard all done. I even ended up buying a new fancy electric toothbrush there because it was $50 cheaper than any store, and it even had an additional $30 rebate. Dr. Wertheimer was friendly, intelligent and really took the time to explain to me the issues that were found and the best course of action to get them solved. I never felt pressured into anything and was happy to have been given multiple options. This is somewhere I look forward to going back to!

Through out the day and into the next, the pain worsened, I called back and was able to get n emergency appointment that evening. While a root canal "retreatment" is painful enough, dealing with this office was anything but. Everyone was so pleasant from the receptionist, to the hygienist to Dr. Neary herself! Dr. Neary has a very pleasant and soothing manner and was able to calmly explain everything she was doing along the process. I had a very nice experience with this office and highly recommend the practice to everyone!
