From the initial testing/consultation to the final filling, she totally put me at ease. She was knowledgeable, fastidious, and extremely calm. Her assistant Melissa was great, too. I was able to get in right away after speaking with the amazingly friendly and helpful Office Manager, Roseann. She's full of life and will put a smile on your face the second you meet her! I had an appointment first thing in the morning, and let me tell you, I never once felt rushed or pushed out the door. In fact, I spent so much time there I felt like I was hanging out with friends. Brooke the hygienist was super friendly and so knowledgeable. Unlike the previous dentist offices I've been too, this time I felt they had my utmost best interest in mind and explained everything to me. All the concerns I went in there with quickly subsided. Within two visits I had a cleaning, checkup and night guard all done. I even ended up buying a new fancy electric toothbrush there because it was $50 cheaper than any store, and it even had an additional $30 rebate. Dr. Wertheimer was friendly, intelligent and really took the time to explain to me the issues that were found and the best course of action to get them solved. I never felt pressured into anything and was happy to have been given multiple options. This is somewhere I look forward to going back to!

Through out the day and into the next, the pain worsened, I called back and was able to get n emergency appointment that evening. While a root canal "retreatment" is painful enough, dealing with this office was anything but. Everyone was so pleasant from the receptionist, to the hygienist to Dr. Neary herself! Dr. Neary has a very pleasant and soothing manner and was able to calmly explain everything she was doing along the process. I had a very nice experience with this office and highly recommend the practice to everyone!
