I had cleaning every 6 months or a yearly, I had X-rays when they said I was due. No one said I had a cavity or any issue with my teeth. In 2026 I was there for a routine cleaning and when the dentist came in, he said I needed to replace that same crown. I asked him why? it's not that old? He said it's not fitting correctly. I called the office and asked them to send me the x-rays. I told her my problem and she suggested I have a consultation with the owner, which I did a couple days later after that cleaning. He said I have a cavity under that crown. I asked why didn't your dentist tell me that, I was just here a couple days ago. He said he will talk to him. I question if I have a cavity there, I really do! The office called me and said the the owner would discount a price of a new crown and charge $420. He did not take responsibility that the crown was not put in properly in 2023. It was nothing I did or didn't do. When I got home I spoke to my husband, who is a retired dentist, he looked at the x-rays and said if I have a cavity there it is likely due to the open margin of the crown. He said it was not seated correctly. My insurance will not pay for a crown that is 3 years old. I would not go back to that office now even he said he will replace it at no charge. One doc said nothing about a cavity, two days later another doc said I have a cavity!! I lost my trust in them. I rather pay elsewhere and have it done correctly. They lost me and my uncle as patients.

There are plenty of new dentist facility. The plus to my short experience was dentist " had good bedside manner" and dental hygenist but prefer someone more experience. And didn't offer any monthly treatment plan and I think the only office which doesn't offer in office payment plans ( as many do with extensive dental treatment) not talking about 3rd parties like care credit. I would recommend anyone needing treatment going elsewhere again too many dentists every area in state.

I had to reschedule my first appointment for treatment to begin, one excuse she used was that their computer was hacked or something and they couldn't submit the determination but I told her if that was the case why didn't you just send it regular mail then? I had a cleaning done by excellent hygienist. She was apologetic for having to work so hard on my teeth but honestly no one had done such a thorough job before. Three Years of Billing Disputes, Broken Promises, and Dismissive Care…read more After three years as patients and over $10,000 paid to this practice, I feel a responsibility to share our experience so others can make an informed decision. Billing inconsistency: On multiple occasions, we were quoted one price and charged significantly more. When we raised these discrepancies, we were told the staff member who gave the original quote no longer worked there. This happened repeatedly. The front desk has extremely high turnover, and when there is a problem, there is nobody left who can be held accountable. No warranty on completed work: Dr. Solanki performed an implant on my wife that developed issues. When we returned to have it corrected, we were charged additional fees. Most dental practices stand behind their work within a reasonable timeframe -- this one does not. We've had work done by other dentists in Philadelphia and never encountered this problem. Dismissive bedside manner, particularly toward women: My wife's concerns were consistently minimized or dismissed by Dr. Solanki. I had to accompany her to appointments specifically to validate what she was experiencing before it would be taken seriously. This happened more than once, and the pattern was clear. Bottom line: The office presents well and has positive reviews, but our sustained experience over three years tells a different story. If you're considering this practice, get everything -- every quote, every commitment -- in writing before proceeding, and understand that if something goes wrong with your care, you may be on your own.
