Hello, I was in…read moreyesterday (2/7/19) for a root canal with Dr. Silberg. No one looks forward to a root canal, but I can honestly say after my experience, I would not hesitate to come back to your office without reservation. I know your office performs hundreds, if not thousands of root canals a year, but I was made to feel as if my experience was the most important one. Specifically, the way Dr. Silberg took the time to explain what was happening step by step and took the time to answer any questions I had. I am also happy to report I am pain free today! Thank you, and I WILL be telling everyone I know where to go based on my treatment. Sincerely, Geoff Ball

I was quoted $200+ for treatment. My insurance covers endo treatment at 100 percent. I asked the…read morereceptionist if they are par with the coverage which she said yes, but the cost will be for a particular scan not covered by insurance. I came in for the appointment waited hours for the doc who was running late and was evaluated for 5 mins and told to come back for treatment another day... I checked with my insurance and the group is par, but come to find out Dr. Nav isn't. Now I'm sure the front desk people know which provider participates with which insurance companies, if I was given the correct information I would have went elsewhere for treatment honestly...I wasted my day off and $200 bucks for a provider who isn't par and having to come back for treatment.

The other 5 star reviews are right on target! I've just returned from the Wolgin office after…read morereceiving a much needed root canal. The women at the front desk were welcoming and just gave off a vibe that told me I was going to be taken care of. I don't remember her name for certain, but I think it was Skye (or maybe Kelli?) who prepped me with getting x-rays, explaining what the process most likely would be, and assisting Dr. Wolgin. She also made me feel welcome and appreciated as a patient (and was right on target about what to expect!) Prior to this visit my dentist had tried a few things to pinpoint the pain but wasn't successful. Dr. Wolgin had it clearly identified within just a few minutes and was able to start shortly after that. Not so long story short, the whole process was painless. Dr. Wolgin and Skye (I'm hoping I've got her name right!) worked as a true team, seamlessly going through the root canal process. Watching them work together added to my confidence that all would be well. It all went perfectly and I was out much sooner than expected - from arrival to departure it wasn't much more than an hour. Just amazing, as I didn't feel anyone was rushing - they just know how to do their jobs and do them very well! While I know they will try and prioritize emergency cases as best as possible, even if you have to wait a few days it truly is worth the wait to get an appointment. No one looks forward to a root canal but after this experience I know where I'll be going if another one is needed! It really was painless!

I had an appointment first thing in the morning, and let me tell you, I never once felt rushed or pushed out the door. In fact, I spent so much time there I felt like I was hanging out with friends. Brooke the hygienist was super friendly and so knowledgeable. Unlike the previous dentist offices I've been too, this time I felt they had my utmost best interest in mind and explained everything to me. All the concerns I went in there with quickly subsided. Within two visits I had a cleaning, checkup and night guard all done. I even ended up buying a new fancy electric toothbrush there because it was $50 cheaper than any store, and it even had an additional $30 rebate. Dr. Wertheimer was friendly, intelligent and really took the time to explain to me the issues that were found and the best course of action to get them solved.
