My general dentist referred me to Prime. When I called they saw me immediately. Prime retreated a failed root canal and found a root that had not been treated originally. The office is large and roomy, each exam room has a large window, state-of-the-art equipment abounds, and eveyone from the front desk to the hygienist to the doctor was warm, friendly, and communicative. The office hours are extensive and evening and Saturday hours are available, so when that emergency happens off- hours for everyone else, there's a decent chance someone at Noble will be there to help. I was subsequently billed $600+ for the work that was done. To add insult to injury, within a year, two of the fillings that were done have since fallen out and needed to be replaced. My money is gone and so is my time. However, I am currently a patient at a dentist office who clearly knows what types of insurance is accepted and how to correctly fill cavities.

I had 3 appointments of late that were very disappointing. I was a patient for several years and…read morethe quality of care was great but recent appointments were both stressful and painful. For a crown replacement, I had 2 - 1 1/2 hour appointments and the dentist was in and out of the room every 15 minutes and both she and the assistant had to redo impressions, numbing, and much drilling. it was unnerving a nightmare. I asked for the Dentist/ owner to call me and she didn't . on last and 3rd appointment, the owner/Dentist had difficulty getting the temporary off - again very stressful. I spoke to her about making good on all the mistakes.She said she would think about it and call me. She never called. I called 2 more times and she said she was sorry but nothing would be done. She ended w/ "I hope it will be better next time". Way too little - way too late.
