From the beginning, my crown was ill-fitting, yet instead of replacing it when I first raised concerns, they continued to delay any real solution. Because of this, a pocket formed in my gum that bleeds frequently--and now I'm being charged for the new crown needed to fix the issue they failed to address properly in the first place. The dentist's visits are very short, and he does not appear interested or invested in my concerns. He doesn't allow time for questions or for me to participate in my own treatment plan. It feels like it's his plan or none at all, which is extremely frustrating. Customer service is also poor. The front desk and staff show little interest in the patients, often speaking in an unpleasant manner and barely making eye contact. Overall, the lack of professionalism, communication, and care has been incredibly disappointing, and I cannot recommend this office based on my experience.

Her pain is so bad when she went back and told him she couldn't eat he said oh well guess you can't eat. And then told her maybe it's just her teeth. He made her feel stupid and was so uncaring. Do not go here. Took her to another dentist who said maybe the nerve got irritated or the pulp of tooth was damaged. She has to have filling removed and have a sedation filling and possible root canal. This was caused by the awful dentist . Run!

I make decisions to move forward with a recommended procedure based on the financial cost. Each instance here there were recommendations to get crowns, on 5 teeth, but my teeth were not bothering me so I could have waited and spaced the work out so that my insurance would more fully cover it. Each instance, I was given an estimate, and each time it was off the mark. Improvement is desperately needed in the area of billing and coordination of benefits.

No receptionist should respond "DO WE HAVE A PROBLEM" to anyone over the phone. She did not want to any answer my questions in regards to me getting an appointment scheduled and refused to let me speak with anyone else. There were gaps on the phone where I had to make sure she was still on and went "mhmm". So I go "is there any questions you want to ask me for verification purposes as you cannot find the online inquiries I submitted" and she goes "someone else will call you" and hangs up. This is absolutely absurd and a business as such should not be up and running.

For a crown replacement, I had 2 - 1 1/2 hour appointments and the dentist was in and out of the room every 15 minutes and both she and the assistant had to redo impressions, numbing, and much drilling. it was unnerving a nightmare. I asked for the Dentist/ owner to call me and she didn't . on last and 3rd appointment, the owner/Dentist had difficulty getting the temporary off - again very stressful. I spoke to her about making good on all the mistakes.She said she would think about it and call me. She never called. I called 2 more times and she said she was sorry but nothing would be done. I have gone here for years and over time the service has gone downhill but this was the final straw. The receptionist set a date for my appointment and when I called to confirm that the timing of the appointment would align with my insurance, the office CONFIRMED that it would and so I went for my appointment. Yet afterwards, I was sent a bill as the appointment was actually scheduled too early. I would never go for the apppointment if I knew it conflicted with my insurance yet I was told before coming in that the appointment would not be a problem. The office actually agreed that it was their fault and the mistake of the receptionist but instead of offering any solution or compromise, they told me I would just have to pay the full bill for an appointment that was a result of THEIR mistake. I wouldn't trust a place that has such a poor management of issues that THEY caused. They have lost a long-term customer here and I will not be recommending this office to anyone else.
