As soon as we walked in the lady sitting behind the desk( I think her name was Rachel) greeted us with a smile and quickly took care of us. We waited less than 5 min when Roya, the dental assistant came and got us. As she prepared Jade to see the Dr you could see she was already nervous and at the point of tears. In comes Dr. Sadiq, he quickly saw how upset she was took the time to talk to her and put her at ease enough to continue with the procedure. Throughout the entire time he was working he was talking to her telling her how good she was doing and how brave she was. For many this may not be a big deal, but my daughter has been through countless treatments and has been poked and prodded enough for 3 life times; It was a huge deal. The reason I say this is that she now trusts him and wants to see no one else. If your looking for a place that will not only give you quality care but also care about you as a person and not a client..... this is where you need to be. Follow by ADA (American Dental Associations) dentists can make this procedure only once per 3 years, but my doctor did it twice in 6 months. Also debriedement should take more that half hour and it is at least 2 visits procedure. Both times "she did it" in one day and less that 20 minutes. I know it's fraud. I just want my money back. Also I have receipts from Viktory Dental with different amounts and procedures from receipts that Delta Dental sended to me.

I emailed doctor Rossis she was not unapologetic for the severe damage done to my teeth. Now I am suffering from living with damage and paint and cannot eat on the right side of my mouth for years. and I cannot afford to pay to fix the damage she did. food is always stuck here and painful all the time.

When I inquired about coming in for the service I was notified they were booked solid for the remainder of the month. FYI... teeth whitening is done on Mondays only. I have been a patient in this office for quite a few years. Back in 2023 the dentist there said I…read moreneeded to replace an old crown, which I had done there. I had cleaning every 6 months or a yearly, I had X-rays when they said I was due. No one said I had a cavity or any issue with my teeth. In 2026 I was there for a routine cleaning and when the dentist came in, he said I needed to replace that same crown. I asked him why? it's not that old? He said it's not fitting correctly. I called the office and asked them to send me the x-rays. I told her my problem and she suggested I have a consultation with the owner, which I did a couple days later after that cleaning. He said I have a cavity under that crown. I asked why didn't your dentist tell me that, I was just here a couple days ago. He said he will talk to him. I question if I have a cavity there, I really do! The office called me and said the the owner would discount a price of a new crown and charge $420. He did not take responsibility that the crown was not put in properly in 2023. It was nothing I did or didn't do. When I got home I spoke to my husband, who is a retired dentist, he looked at the x-rays and said if I have a cavity there it is likely due to the open margin of the crown. He said it was not seated correctly. My insurance will not pay for a crown that is 3 years old. I would not go back to that office now even he said he will replace it at no charge. One doc said nothing about a cavity, two days later another doc said I have a cavity!! I lost my trust in them. I rather pay elsewhere and have it done correctly. They lost me and my uncle as patients.

And didn't offer any monthly treatment plan and I think the only office which doesn't offer in office payment plans ( as many do with extensive dental treatment) not talking about 3rd parties like care credit. I had a cleaning done by excellent hygienist. She was apologetic for having to work so hard on my teeth but honestly no one had done such a thorough job before. I had my prior X-rays sent over and they were able to upload it without issue. Dr Paola was nice and professional. I was able to qualify for their smile program for free teeth whitening. Came back to get trays custom fit and overall had excellent experience. Billing just as I expected. Will definitely return here again.
