The two other people who worked with Alex were outstanding (male dental tech, and hygienist) and then Jeannie walks through and growled "Thank you much? " not even a hello ... Jeannie seems to take her anger out on clients teeth with the drill. Once the caps fall off, Jeannie's trademark is leaving people with leaving nasty root tips and drilling molars that end up being razors in your mouth. Jeannie needs to get serious help for her anger management problems and stop taking it out on clients by hacking-up peoples mouths. Sorry, but Jeannie is a solid NO THANK YOU. At checkout I specifically and clearly requested to pay the full charges and be reimbursed by my insurance, asking that NO assignment of benefits be made (nothing entered on the assignment line of the claim). The woman who checked me out did not respond to my request except to smile and nod her head. She told me I owed $292 which I paid without question (I should have known it was too low to be the total). There was no indication that she didn't understand or could not honor my request. I confirmed they were filing electronically and asked for a copy of the claim. I found she had assigned benefits to their office and I had paid only my portion. The total was over $500. This was in direct opposition to my request with no explanation. That was on 4/10/26. To date, 5/18, the claim still has not been filed with my insurance company. Secondly, I requested that my records be sent to my out-of-state dentist of 20 yrs as I wanted them to have all my records. I filled out an authorization form, gave it to Millie at the front desk in person, but nothing was sent. When I called to find out why no records were sent, she denied I had personally handed the form to her the previous day! This was absolutely untrue and I was stunned. She claimed she did not have it and I had to fill out another form. Then they only sent the pdf of my x-rays, not the preferred digital images, and without the treatment plan. The claim filing error and Millie denying I gave her the authorization form are Issues that do not generate trust. I have never had such an experience at any dental or medical office before. They don't seem to have anyone in charge, such as an office manager, although they have 8 or 9 people at the front desk. I will have to decide whether to continue with this practice.

My family is in the process of transitioning to another dentist, but my husband had one last cleaning. He told them he JUST WANTED the cleaning. He was short on time. When he arrived today, he wasn't called for 15 minutes past his scheduled time. He went to the desk to find out what what going on, and the person at said he was leaving. He went to his car and someone from the back followed him out, explaining that they could take him now for his hour long appointment and X-rays, which he made clear that HE DID NOT WANT when he made the appointment. We are done. We have had issues with this practice coding more expensive X-rays in the past and passing the cost to us, too. If you want to save yourself a headache, STAY AWAY!

So my 7-year-old daughter was told she needed a pulpotomy (like a baby root canal) for a deep…read morecavity between two teeth on the top right back of her mouth. So she got the procedure. She developed a small bubble in her gum a couple months later, an abscess that was more of a nuisance than painful & didn't really think much of it so she rinsed it out with salt water every night after brushing. At her next check-up, that same dental practice said the abscess was a result of the root canal not working. They suggested she see an oral surgeon which they referred us to & have the tooth removed (it is a baby tooth). I went to get a second & third opinion and turned out Venneri also missed another obvious cavity in her mouth. We continued to go there (big mistake!) but this time Dr. Doreen started the process on another tooth with a cavity and said she probably needed another pulpotomy so she "cleaned" it out. As I was asking my daughter "Hey____, are you ok?" Dr. Doreen got out of her chair into my face (I was standing in the doorframe of the room) & said to me "I DON'T WANT YOU TO COMMUNICATE WITH HER. I WANT HER TO TRUST ME!". Turned out this caused an abscess as well! In addition, I was also told multiple times that these procedures would be 100% covered and they continue to send me a bill! I have never experienced such unprofessionalism & rudeness & we will surely not be coming back! *I should have trusted my gut feeling, when this same office performed a routine cleaning on me and when my insurance bill came charged me as a "debridement" which was very costly! I had to dispute this charge because it was only supposed to be a check-up and routine cleaning! They eventually removed the charge.
