They are thorough and kind and cater to cowards, but I have never felt more deceived. I had been complaining of sensitivity for long periods of time, and was told there was general discoloration on my fillings. A cracked filling was evident, and I was told that it was just some discoloration again. I see another dentist soon after and I find out there is visible tooth decay in multiple places caught with the naked eye and on the x-ray. Cavities that were not correctly identified may have caused the need for a future root canal. Sensitivity laser treatment was recommended time and time again, which I even considered despite the cost. If I had stayed longer, I would be out hundreds of dollars with no relief and implants needed most likely.

I scheduled with Dr. Stanell due to irritation along the gum line of a back molar. She did nothing…read morefor the gum itself. Instead, she took Intraoral-periapical images of the tooth at the tune of $49 each. Plus, she charged me $216 for the exam, claiming that it was an emergency visit and that I needed a root canal right away. $311 total. The endodontist she sent me to reassured me that I DID NOT need a root canal since there was no sign of infection and the nerve was OK. Then I went to a "real" dentist and found out I just needed a simple cleaning which only cost me $178 including the exam. RECOMMENDATION: AVOID THIS CHARLATAN.
