I think they're just that good naturally. It was my first time there and while the staff were out for lunch and the doctor handed me my paperwork and made some jokes that made me chuckle. After waiting less than 5 minutes after my paperwork was done, I was seen by the hygienist. The tv was on in the room and it was set to a news station, but it was a news show I had never seen before and it was kind of entertaining. The lady (ahhh i forget her name!) that was to be cleaning my teeth joked and discussed the events on the tv with me, even stopping to give me a break after cleaning my teeth a while to have some light hearted chat. she made me feel really comfortable. When the doctor came in to look over my x-rays, he was very thorough at explaining everything to me in straight forward terms. A super nice guy. Nothing scary about this dentist! They gave me instructions on a specific regimen for me to follow and even gave me some stuff to start me out. Fantastic experience! And it is walking distance from the Regional Rail station at Hatboro, so even if you live in the city and you can't find a good dentist, maybe the fare is worth it to go to this guy?

I had major issues such as crowns and removing a 35 year old huge filling. When I was facing the part where I had to get the crowns, I have to say I gained so much faith and trust in Dr Krevitz that I can honestly say I suffered absolutely no anxiety. I cannot say enough about this practice. The staff is awesome. In this day and age it is hard to find people that truly care about people and having good customer service. Oh, and he actually thinks your time is just as valuable as his, because I have never waited more than 10 minutes for my appointment. The staff was very friendly toward me and the office was very clean. The hours are convenient too! After my routine checkup, we found a few issues that will need to be followed up with some fillings and one root canal. We scheduled the work to be done over the course of the summer. The office staff was very helpful in helping me figure out my insurance benefits and getting the work pre-authorized for me. I am looking forward to continuing working with Dr. Harmon and his staff. It is not every day that you find such a welcoming and helpful environment. I will be recommending Dr. Harmon's office to my friends and family.

Now there is a huge gap in between my teeth that keeps a lot of food. She also said that the X-Rays showed 2 cavities. I never had any pain on any of them. She did one of them and did not find anything. It got infected really bad and I was not able to schedule a consultation within a month to see if something was wrong! I had pain from my mouth down to my neck for a week. Now, that tooth is very sensitive and I can't chew on it anymore. The worst part is that I actually had to show her a black spot on another tooth that turned out to be a cavity. Never again!

She developed a small bubble in her gum a couple months later, an abscess that was more of a nuisance than painful & didn't really think much of it so she rinsed it out with salt water every night after brushing. At her next check-up, that same dental practice said the abscess was a result of the root canal not working. They suggested she see an oral surgeon which they referred us to & have the tooth removed (it is a baby tooth). I went to get a second & third opinion and turned out Venneri also missed another obvious cavity in her mouth. We continued to go there (big mistake!) but this time Dr. Doreen started the process on another tooth with a cavity and said she probably needed another pulpotomy so she "cleaned" it out. As I was asking my daughter "Hey____, are you ok?" Dr. Doreen got out of her chair into my face (I was standing in the doorframe of the room) & said to me "I DON'T WANT YOU TO COMMUNICATE WITH HER. I WANT HER TO TRUST ME!". Turned out this caused an abscess as well! In addition, I was also told multiple times that these procedures would be 100% covered and they continue to send me a bill! I have never experienced such unprofessionalism & rudeness & we will surely not be coming back! *I should have trusted my gut feeling, when this same office performed a routine cleaning on me and when my insurance bill came charged me as a "debridement" which was very costly! I had to dispute this charge because it was only supposed to be a check-up and routine cleaning! They eventually removed the charge.

Jeannie seems to take her anger out on clients teeth with the drill. Once the caps fall off, Jeannie's trademark is leaving people with leaving nasty root tips and drilling molars that end up being razors in your mouth. Jeannie needs to get serious help for her anger management problems and stop taking it out on clients by hacking-up peoples mouths. Sorry, but Jeannie is a solid NO THANK YOU.
