He explained everything in detail about the the implant procedure before I had it done. It was quick and painless. He is very precise and great at what he does. The rest of the staff is also quite nice and helpful. They really help put you at ease. The office has pretty decent hours and can usually work with your schedule, if you need to be squeezed in early in the morning or later in the evening. They communicated really well with my dentist, to make sure all my records were in order, and everyone did their part correctly. Dr. Friedman also helped modify my mouth guard after the implant procedure (otherwise it would have been useless), which I appreciated. I hope I don't have to go back to a periodontist any time soon, but would definitely return here if I needed something done!

She addressed my concerns, and I made an appt for the same day. Luda (Dent Tech) was very intelligent, professional, and talented. She had an adult conversation with me about my concerns, my oral hygiene, and procedures. She rocks it. Dr. Baker has a warm confidence and professional demeanor. She is direct, to the point, but in the most engaging and personable manner. She is very experienced and highly professional. I'm guessing she'd be a great wine party guest. I'm glad I found Dr. Baker and her people. They make so you WANT to visit the dentist!

He told me that I had six large cavities that had almost definitely been visible for many many months. Shocked, I visited another dentist for a second opinion and was told the very same things. Dr. Baker also placed the crown on a dental implant that I have and upon consultation with a cosmetic dentist and a periodontist I have learned that it was done completely wrong. My mother had an appointment with them and unfortunately due to other health issues (Parkinson's) she moves a little slow. She is also somewhat nervous as the procedure is intense. There was a complete lack of empathy or patience from both staff and the doctor. Not to mention that it took them a very long time to even bring my mother back for the procedure. When my mom asked how long it should take, the response from the doctor was "depends how much you talk." Furthermore she asked a very simple question to which he threw the instruments and stormed out saying he's not doing this. Extremely unprofessional and will be reporting this place!

They frequently send out reminders to make an appointment, but do not respond when you fill out the form with availability. The receptionist staff are rude, unprofessional, and not very good at their follow up responsibilities. If you don't have time to respond to emails, don't have an automated system that sends out emails for scheduling appointments. The hygienists and doctors are good. You just have to deal with the desk people to see them.
