I think they're just that good naturally. It was my first time there and while the staff were out for lunch and the doctor handed me my paperwork and made some jokes that made me chuckle. After waiting less than 5 minutes after my paperwork was done, I was seen by the hygienist. The tv was on in the room and it was set to a news station, but it was a news show I had never seen before and it was kind of entertaining. The lady (ahhh i forget her name!) that was to be cleaning my teeth joked and discussed the events on the tv with me, even stopping to give me a break after cleaning my teeth a while to have some light hearted chat. she made me feel really comfortable. When the doctor came in to look over my x-rays, he was very thorough at explaining everything to me in straight forward terms. A super nice guy. Nothing scary about this dentist! They gave me instructions on a specific regimen for me to follow and even gave me some stuff to start me out. Fantastic experience! And it is walking distance from the Regional Rail station at Hatboro, so even if you live in the city and you can't find a good dentist, maybe the fare is worth it to go to this guy?

I had major issues such as crowns and removing a 35 year old huge filling. When I was facing the part where I had to get the crowns, I have to say I gained so much faith and trust in Dr Krevitz that I can honestly say I suffered absolutely no anxiety. I cannot say enough about this practice. The staff is awesome. In this day and age it is hard to find people that truly care about people and having good customer service. Oh, and he actually thinks your time is just as valuable as his, because I have never waited more than 10 minutes for my appointment. Last, but not at all the least, all the staff are all very knowledgeable. Yu will never get some dufus thst has no clue. Imagine, no frustration when dealing with the staff. Unhesrd of!

Sharon the office manager on the other hand, was very condescending and rude because of their mistake and imho should be fired for the way she treated me, the patient. The day before I was supposed to get my implant I was called to first tell me my benefits are out and I owe them $1300, and second that I need to come in earlier (which I could not because I was working.) This was the second time they canceled on me and now I can't get the crown until after the new year (when my benefits renew) because they were closed the last week of December. After several dodged phone calls, belittling phone conversations with Sharon (tried spinning the story with all this dental jargon that was meaningless to try and confuse, told me I needed to "shut up and listen", I have "crappy" insurance, called my insurance rep "low level" and lied to the manager when I got him to call back and said I canceled on them, "vial", "cruel", "abusive", "It doesn't work that way", and she "hates to burst my bubble but the insurance company can't make us pay anything"), and no response from Dr. Harmon, my insurance company thankfully stepped in. The insurance company sided with ME because I had saved the phone messages in which they called me to cancel and played them for the case worker. Now they won't refund my 715 initial payment because they are bitter that I won my grievance against them and have a new dentist now. Feeling like Dr. Harmon is a straight shyster that can't even return my phone calls because he knows they are in the wrong in how they handled this situation. In fact, I didn't even want to have to write these reviews because I am really not a vindictive person, but if I can save just one person from dealing with the mess they are STILL putting me through then it's worth it.

I never thought I'd be writing a review for a dentist on Yelp, but some things are just so…read moreunexpectedly great you have to let others know. Backstory: I spent hours, HOURS, looking for a dentist who accepted my current dental plan (Aetna DMO -- impossible to find quality dentists who accept it). I came across Warminster Dental Associates amongst Aetna's search results and they caught my eye, being a smaller practice than the other offices I call "dental mills." As a foster parent who is forced to take her kids wherever their insurances are accepted, these "dental mills" scare and disgust the living crap out of me, the ones I've been to at least. Dingy offices, dirty instruments, and a large, rotating cast of impersonal dentists and techs who either cannot or refuse to communicate clearly and comfortingly. My experience making an appointment with Warminster Dental Associates was pleasant. The receptionist guided me through the process of having Aetna confirm that I was on their DMO list (Aetna's fault) and from there, we scheduled away. I was assigned to Dr. Benjamin Halton who simply must be the most friendly and upbeat dentist in the Western world. During each of my four visits, I was greeted enthusiastically with a smile and a handshake. I have never had such pleasant and comfortable experience at a dentist's office... let alone four of them. Seriously, I almost *almost* wish I had a reason to go back before my next 6-month cleaning. Besides the enjoyable conversations about childhoods and quality television dramas, the man is a damn good dentist! I had four aging silver fillings replaced within the last week (goodbye, mercury!). My last two were done today, twelve hours from writing this review. I do not feel as though today started off with a mouthful of dental work. Every other time I've been to a dentist, I've felt the needle, then the sting of the Novocain, and then also the pain of whatever was being done followed by about six hours of delayed numbness. Dr. Halton did everything expertly, from numbing to bite adjustment. Completely comfortable experience. The office was easy to find and the the rooms were clean, comfortable and modern. My wait time for each visit was typically between five and ten minutes. The techs and hygienists working there are super friendly, professional and informative. The only thing that struck me as odd was that my cleaning and check up had to be done as two separate appointments, but each experience was great and with my $5 copay I really couldn't worry about it. I highly, highly recommend this office for your dental needs, as having your teeth drilled couldn't possibly get any better than this bewilderingly pleasant experience. I just can't believe it could. No.

My experience with the front office staff at Warminster Dental was extremely disappointing. They…read morewere unwelcoming, unhelpful, and came across as rude throughout my interaction. A dental office can be stressful for patients, and the first impression starts with the people at the front desk. Unfortunately, I felt like I was treated as an inconvenience rather than a patient. Customer service and compassion should be a priority in any healthcare setting. If interacting with patients in a courteous, respectful, and welcoming manner isn't something the front office staff can provide, they may want to consider whether this is the right profession for them. I sincerely hope management addresses these concerns because a friendly, professional front office makes a tremendous difference in the overall patient experience.
