My mother had an appointment with them and unfortunately due to other health issues (Parkinson's) she moves a little slow. She is also somewhat nervous as the procedure is intense. There was a complete lack of empathy or patience from both staff and the doctor. Not to mention that it took them a very long time to even bring my mother back for the procedure. When my mom asked how long it should take, the response from the doctor was "depends how much you talk." Furthermore she asked a very simple question to which he threw the instruments and stormed out saying he's not doing this. Extremely unprofessional and will be reporting this place!

A dental office can be stressful for patients, and the first impression starts with the people at the front desk. Unfortunately, I felt like I was treated as an inconvenience rather than a patient. Customer service and compassion should be a priority in any healthcare setting. If interacting with patients in a courteous, respectful, and welcoming manner isn't something the front office staff can provide, they may want to consider whether this is the right profession for them. I sincerely hope management addresses these concerns because a friendly, professional front office makes a tremendous difference in the overall patient experience.

He explained everything in detail about the the implant procedure before I had it done. It was quick and painless. He is very precise and great at what he does. The rest of the staff is also quite nice and helpful. They really help put you at ease. The office has pretty decent hours and can usually work with your schedule, if you need to be squeezed in early in the morning or later in the evening. They communicated really well with my dentist, to make sure all my records were in order, and everyone did their part correctly. Dr. Friedman also helped modify my mouth guard after the implant procedure (otherwise it would have been useless), which I appreciated. I hope I don't have to go back to a periodontist any time soon, but would definitely return here if I needed something done!

I think they're just that good naturally. It was my first time there and while the staff were out for lunch and the doctor handed me my paperwork and made some jokes that made me chuckle. After waiting less than 5 minutes after my paperwork was done, I was seen by the hygienist. The tv was on in the room and it was set to a news station, but it was a news show I had never seen before and it was kind of entertaining. The lady (ahhh i forget her name!) that was to be cleaning my teeth joked and discussed the events on the tv with me, even stopping to give me a break after cleaning my teeth a while to have some light hearted chat. she made me feel really comfortable. When the doctor came in to look over my x-rays, he was very thorough at explaining everything to me in straight forward terms. A super nice guy. Nothing scary about this dentist! They gave me instructions on a specific regimen for me to follow and even gave me some stuff to start me out. Fantastic experience! I received both good and bad reviews for the above dentist but was told a new dentist bought the practice so thought I would check it out. I went and the dental hygienist was great, then Dr Patel came in and we talked about the issue With was having. He suggested 2 caps as a preventative measure so I took his advice and chose to proceed. However, he did not do the work. Someone else did the caps and they were never right. I wen back 4 times for them to be corrected and asked for one in particular to be redone as the insider of my mouth kept getting chewed up every time I ate. They were reluctant to do that and after a small adjustment asked me to try again. I decided not to further be put off as they had no intention of starting the process over. And, by the way, the cap wouldn't stay on even after being glued on twice. Well, it fell off the 3rd time and it was a relief to just have it out of my mouth. However, I needed a cap so I went to a new dentist and asked him to redo this shoddy work. The post had to be rebuilt and a new cap put on. This cost me $975.00 out and f my pocket which is more than I got on SS each month. Live and learn. I just want to save someone else this pain and expense.
