The cleaning was professional and thorough. However, I am giving them 2 stars based on my check-out experience and requested records sent. At checkout I specifically and clearly requested to pay the full charges and be reimbursed by my insurance, asking that NO assignment of benefits be made (nothing entered on the assignment line of the claim). The woman who checked me out did not respond to my request except to smile and nod her head. She told me I owed $292 which I paid without question (I should have known it was too low to be the total). There was no indication that she didn't understand or could not honor my request. I confirmed they were filing electronically and asked for a copy of the claim. I found she had assigned benefits to their office and I had paid only my portion. The total was over $500. This was in direct opposition to my request with no explanation. That was on 4/10/26. To date, 5/18, the claim still has not been filed with my insurance company. Secondly, I requested that my records be sent to my out-of-state dentist of 20 yrs as I wanted them to have all my records. I filled out an authorization form, gave it to Millie at the front desk in person, but nothing was sent. When I called to find out why no records were sent, she denied I had personally handed the form to her the previous day! This was absolutely untrue and I was stunned. She claimed she did not have it and I had to fill out another form. Then they only sent the pdf of my x-rays, not the preferred digital images, and without the treatment plan. The claim filing error and Millie denying I gave her the authorization form are Issues that do not generate trust. I have never had such an experience at any dental or medical office before. They don't seem to have anyone in charge, such as an office manager, although they have 8 or 9 people at the front desk. I will have to decide whether to continue with this practice. read more

Their equipment is cutting edge, their office is run very well but most importantly the care you receive is first rate. The staff's fabulous, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Made an appointment online. When I went in at the scheduled time, they had no record of my appt. Then they said they'd squeeze me in which was fine only to tell me they aren't in Network even though the confirmation when I booked said they were. May be a good dentist but getting in seems to be challenging. read more

I had a wonderful experience with Dolan Dental! I had my first appointment today for myself and my 2 children (ages 5 and 10). They were able to schedule the three of us at the same time which allowed me to check on them during breaks with my cleaning/X-rays. Also, there was almost zero wait time, which I appreciate since kids can get impatient in the waiting area. I was very impressed with how thorough my cleaning was, and how much time the Dentist spent with me during my exam and answering my questions. I am generally a nervous patient but they really put me at ease. With regards to the children: it was clear from the moment we arrived the staff is trained /clearly enjoys working with children -especially ones who are nervous when it comes to dental appointments. The hygienists spoke to my daughters in a friendly manner and explained every step of the process in age appropriate language so they could understand everything that was being done, and why. Also- they had TV's in every room so they could watch cartoons on Netflix! There was also a "treasure chest" at the end that they could each pick a toy from. I was recommended by a family member to Dolan Dental. Best recommendation ever!!! I was greeted by the friendliest staff and was seen immediately. The place does NOT look or feel like a dentist office (more like a high end spa). I saw Dr. Matt Stuart and he couldn't have been nicer. He also explains everything to you as if you didn't go to dentist school (Big plus for me). If you or anyone you know has dental anxiety, tell them to stop in there. I've been with Dolan Dental for a good part of the year. I went in today for a small chip on my tooth but the dentist unfortunately found I had a bit more going on with that tooth. They are very thorough and gave me X-rays to make sure they were seeing the whole picture. I was showed the X-rays then they evaluated my options and got to work. The hygienist and dentist drilled my tooth and I felt no pain. The hygienist did a wonderful job filling my tooth in then shaping and smoothing the tooth like an artist with her tools. The end results were more than satisfactory. The doctors are kind and the office is clean and feels very comfortable. The staff members are courteous and professional. read more

A friend recommended this dental practice and I needed a new dentist. I was able to get an appointment within two weeks, which surprised me. I did learn when I got there that they have multiple dentist there all the time which I'm sure is what made scheduling so much easier I went for the appointment and it was just an exceptional experience from the hygienist who saw me to the doctor. I look forward to the next six month visit at the end of the year. They were also great in handling my insurance. I no longer have a network which makes it easier, but they just took my insurance information and submitted it. No problems. read more

I've been using Dr Dolan for 3 years now and so has my wife. I had a wisdom tooth extracted and 2 crowns created and installed in 2 hours. He has 2 computer aided mills so you will always be taken care of in one visit. His front desk schedulers and benefit experts are amazing. The support staff Tia and Sabrina are experts too. Great experience. Office areas are spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Had several things done which turned out perfectly. Listens to all concerns including instant appointment for any issues that arise. I was especially impressed with how spotless my teeth were after cleaning. Also Implant perfect no issues. I am very picky about dental care. This dental office surpassed any expectations. After my dentist retired,I had to find a new one. I mistakenly went to an unnamed dentist who did a bad crown, was sending me for 2 root canals. going to Dolan, they replaced the crown she did a few months earlier which obviously was out of pocket. by doing that perfectly, it fixed the issue for the root canal she suggested (which an endodonists confirmed it was not needed). the other root canal she suggested was fixed by a painless procedure at Dolan dental. they are also very friendly and make you feel comfortable. they are perfectionists.
