AN APPLE A DAY KEEPS THE DENTIST AWAY!…read more ONE ROTTEN REGINA SPOILED THE ENTIRE VISIT‼ Last Thursday, September 9, 2021 Had a extraction scheduled for 1:45PM, was there 30 minutes waiting just outside the door because of the global pandemic. Returned to the intake desk 2:15 to inquire about the status. I was advised that they'd taken my chart back and it shouldn't be long. Fast forward 30 additional minutes. I requested an ETA from the receptionist. she went to the back returning shortly with Regina. However, they stood behind the desk for about 5 minutes without a word. I finally approached REGINA about the tardiness of my surgery and she was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. When I mentioned I'd been here since 1:35 PM she argued me down advising that I had been there for 30 minutes, although she was NOT in the waiting area when I arrived. I also advised that my appointment was 1:45 only for her to TELL me it was 2pm, which was completely inaccurate as I called that morning to confirm. I then told her I'd checked in with the receptionist and advised her that I'd wait outside (I could see the desk from my car so literally right outside the door) as there were already 3 people in the waiting area, then 4. In response, she TOLD me that "she called my name 3 times and that she's not gone chase patients down." I reiterated that I was outside since we're in the midst of a global pandemic. Needless to say, I advised the receptionist to cancel my appointment and that I'd take my business elsewhere. Furious, I sat in my car, again literally right outside the door, and called the office manager Ilana, who was based in another location. She immediately advised that REGINA's behavior wasn't a reflection of the entire 47 member staff and advised that I could get the surgery if I still wanted. she said she'd call another dental assistant to help me. At the same time, a very professional tall black woman with curves to my car. I can't remember her name, but it begins with an A and she was a Godsend...so for the sake of this review I will gave a physical description... She said the doctor sent her to check on me and that I could get the surgery if I wanted. She kindly reduced my stress level, assured me that there would be no dental retaliation and that the surgeon would see me immediately. I trusted her and decided to complete the procedure with her by my side. The extraction was close to painless and completed within 30 minutes. After all of that, you'd think REGINA would be more conscious of her deposition, but NOPE. I inadvertently left my keys under the xray coat. The godsend dental assistant asked REGINA, who's standing right by the machine if they were there. She glanced slightly and replied NO. I gave the assistant the look as I had only been in the xray area and the extraction room. She looked for herself and my keys were sitting right there!!!! The poor service continued and she's costs the Commonwealth. Oral and Facial Surgery & Dental Implant Center a customer. ONE BAD REGINA DEFINITELY SPOILED THE BUNCH!!! signed, YB

The women at the front desk just seemed very organized and be on top of everything. I had to wait just a bit in the room and someone came to let me know the doctor was slightly behind but would be with me momentarily (so they didn't leave me hanging- wondering if I was next or going to be there a lengthy time). The whole wait time was maybe 30 minutes. Dr. Hersh was kind. He explained everything and was very easy-going. He also listened to me and my thoughts and concerns. It was a quick consult- and the surgery is scheduled soon enough. I have full confidence in this doctor and feel confident with my wisdom teeth extraction coming up. I will say- the office appears a bit outdated- which did make me wonder if I could trust this practice- but the aesthetics aren't bad- and it was clean! After meeting the people- I can say- don't let the slightly outdated appearance deter you- I'll update after my surgery! I have a feeling it will be another great experience!

Dr. Wilson is amazing patient, caring, and truly takes the time to explain everything. I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process, and I'm so pleased with my results. The staff was friendly and professional, making every visit smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Dr. Wilson and the Clear Choice team to anyone looking for exceptional care and great results!

It all started with an old implant that began to shift. Since I wasn't near home, I looked for a…read morespecialized center. With Clear Choice, everything seemed perfect--except for their request for upfront payment, which wasn't exactly classy. After the consultation with the doctor, the verdict was: "We need to remove the old implant and place a new one." An appointment was scheduled for the following week. The old implant was removed by a young and clearly inexperienced doctor, who immediately tried to prepare the site for the new implant. Apparently, she miscalculated the measurements and, by forcing it in, the implant broke. The result: a painful extraction of the second implant, bone grafting, and suturing. I was discharged without any instructions on how to take the prescribed antibiotics and without any recommendations whatsoever--so much so that I had to call a doctor friend to find out what to do. In less than three days, the stitches placed by the "highly experienced doctor" came apart, creating an actual hole and exposing the bone that had been inserted. I immediately called Clear Choice, and the doctor I spoke with (it was a Friday) told me that until the following Monday there would be no one available to redo the sutures. Considering that I was leaving that day, he suggested I find another dentist once I reached my destination. As a result, the work was completed by another dentist in Utah. The placement of the new implant has now been postponed for at least three months--and certainly not with Clear Choice. For the record, I paid $3,000 in advance. I requested a full refund, given the complete failure of the procedure, but they only returned $1,500. So I ended up paying $1,500 for work that I had to have completely redone--and which, had I gone to a regular (and perhaps more experienced) dentist, would have cost me no more than $800. In short, I got the worst of both worlds. Fabio M. Bonini

No answers, no compassion or concern for her patient. The entire experience was completely transactional. Furthermore, there was an elderly woman who had a procedure before me who was complaining of pain and whimpered l, Dr Rodriguez proceeded to call her dramatic and stated she was fine. The receptionist was also beyond rude and condescending. I called twice to ask them to send my biopsy results to the oncologist which they did not do. I had to take a picture of the results and send them to the oncologist as I was driving to my appointment since they were never sent. I would not recommend my worst enemy to this practice. This was by far the worst experience I ever had with a provider and their staff.

I show up to the consultation and have to wait in the waiting area until 10:30am anyway... after about 45 minutes of waiting, I asked the women at the front desk how much longer it will be and she just replies with "I'm not sure"... why did you move my appointment just to make me wait until my original appointment time? I was late for work because I told them I could come in earlier with the new time!!! The consultation itself with the actual doctor was 10 minutes... just ridiculous. Then on the day of surgery, guess what?? I had to wait over 45 minutes again!! They don't care about your time at all... maybe just don't take appointments if you can't honor the time... I didn't get any type of apology either.

I think they're just that good naturally. It was my first time there and while the staff were out for lunch and the doctor handed me my paperwork and made some jokes that made me chuckle. After waiting less than 5 minutes after my paperwork was done, I was seen by the hygienist. The tv was on in the room and it was set to a news station, but it was a news show I had never seen before and it was kind of entertaining. The lady (ahhh i forget her name!) that was to be cleaning my teeth joked and discussed the events on the tv with me, even stopping to give me a break after cleaning my teeth a while to have some light hearted chat. she made me feel really comfortable. When the doctor came in to look over my x-rays, he was very thorough at explaining everything to me in straight forward terms. A super nice guy. Nothing scary about this dentist! They gave me instructions on a specific regimen for me to follow and even gave me some stuff to start me out. Fantastic experience! And it is walking distance from the Regional Rail station at Hatboro, so even if you live in the city and you can't find a good dentist, maybe the fare is worth it to go to this guy?

Oh, and he actually thinks your time is just as valuable as his, because I have never waited more than 10 minutes for my appointment. Last, but not at all the least, all the staff are all very knowledgeable. Yu will never get some dufus thst has no clue. Imagine, no frustration when dealing with the staff. Unhesrd of!
