I was shocked, especially since I had several filled at another dental office a little over six months prior. I asked for clarity on the cavities and to see where they were in pictures and x rays. Was shown a couple of pictures and was told they were cavities. Then she flashed one X-ray on the screen to show another. Almost no explanation. Then she just left. I was shocked. Ended up going to another dentist for a second opinion and told I only have three cavities. Needless to say they were also shocked I was told I had eight. I'm giving an extra star because the hygienist was very nice when I was upset about what I was told.

You are greeted politely on arrival , and seated in a comfortable waiting room as your information is prepared for the doctor. You are then led to a very clean and comfortable treatment room. The care from Dr. Patel is absolutely first class, the exam, the treatment are very gentle and thorough , discussing your condition and treatment options in easy to understand detail, they do not rush you through in this office. Dr. Patel's bedside manner is unsurpassed, she is constantly asking if you are ok as she performs her tasks ensuring your comfort from start to finish . Completely misdiagnosed the problem. The doctor told me he was going to have to pull off a crown to fix a cavity that had developed beneath it. I was going to be $400+ out of pocket. When I tried to reschedule my appointment the office was incredibly rude. Even told me the doctor was going to be out of the country for a month. When I went to a real dentist, x-rays revealed that the A+ dentist had not only misdiagnosed the problem but wasn't even looking at the right tooth! It was the tooth BEHIND that needed to be extracted and was abscessed. The real dentist I went to see told me that my case was not the first time he encountered this kind of story about an A+ dentist. My advice would be to avoid the entire A+ network.

What I liked the most was that he got right to the point what to expect after the surgery and years to follow. The doctor called me personally the day after the surgery on a Saturday to see how I was feeling. That shows you how much he cares about his patients. I was nervous, but on December 21st 2018 at 8AM I got my wisdom teeth out! I always passed this Condominium on the way to Warrington but this was my first time inside it. It was a nice office and the staff was awesome too! The oral surgeon who I had met at Doylestown, Dr. Huy, was fantastic and so were the dental aides too! There was a little trouble finding the vein to inject the Anastesia but within a minute I was out and before I knew it I was waking up. The aides helped me to my ride and I was off! I came back for a checkup a week and a half later and they were very thorough. I would definitely recommend this practice, at both locations I went to it was a pleasant experience. If you ever need wisdom teeth out, look no further!
