I've started declining them because my last one was just a few months ago, earlier this year. It wasn't Dr. Ellen who saw me today. Instead, it was Annalek and a young male Indian doctor. Both of them kept encouraging me to get another x-ray and also suggested that I replace my veneers with theirs, which felt unnecessary to me. Since I get cleanings every three months, you'd think there wouldn't be much to clean. But I've never bled so much during a dental cleaning--it felt almost like I'd had an oral surgical procedure with no anesthesia. It was painful. The technician was scrubbing very aggressively, and afterward the doctor told me my gums were inflamed--well, no surprise there. My mouth was so sore I couldn't eat until the next day. At my next appointment, I don't want either of them attending to me. And honestly, they should NEVER pressure people to buy veneers or push for x-rays every visit. It felt overly aggressive, especially since they don't even know whether I'm in a position to pay for something like that. I know what you did there.

Dr. Oy(1st Dr) put a crown on my tooth. GEHA paid 900 I paid 900(50% coverage) =1800. In less than 2 years, this crown cracked and fell off. I went back. Dr. Ellen(2nd Dr) said it must be replaced. Brian, the manager told me thaqt GEHA would cover ZERO due to it being under 5 years! He got me to sign an "apple care credit" for @ 1900.00. Dr. Ellen recommended a "metal" crown replacement for durability. When crown arrived 2 weeks later(painful temporary one was on) it was porcelain again. Another new dentist, Dr. Tony(3rd Dr), was telling me to use the crown that was there. I asked to consult with Dr. Ellen about this error and was told "she is no longer employed here."_ LETS JUST PUT THE CROWN ON THAT IS HERE. They attempted to gaslight me. Said no metal crown was ever discussed or ordered. Then they called Dr. Ellen on speaker. She recalled ordering the metal crown. So they sent it back, got the metal crown. I called GEHA . They stated that they WOULD COVER 50% for a reconstructed crown. I called Brian(manager). He said you owe apple `$1900.00 they already paid us. I asked for the owner contact info to inform him. They simply refused to provide me with this info. I researched i and found an owner and co-owner - Dr. HARSHIL BOGHARA -OWNER. I REACHED OUT TO HIM ON TWO SOCIAL MEDIA venues. He was paid by GEHA. He never responded! Regional manager, Sarah also refused to give owners name and contact info. SUMMARY - if you dislike being trapped with a used car salesman and gaslit, do not go here. If you don't mind paying 2K in 2023 for a crown, and paying 2K for the same tooth crown in 2025 GO HERE. poor quality original crown, stuck with making payments. Horrible Franchise.

I have been part of the decision-making process on every visit. I have been fully informed and all my questions have been answered completely. All my concerns have been fully addressed. The dental service has been excellent, from initial baseline visit to routine cleanings, to bridge placements. No pain. No problems. No better care anywhere. I'm 67 years old and have lived in the Delaware Valley for 67 years. I have been treated by a large number of dental practices. This has been the best in my experience.

There are some baby teeth still in place b/c there were no second teeth coming. He is missing teeth, but has no discomfort or inability to chew food. He sent us away w/o finishing his exam. They took xrays of my mouth, and it wasn't that uncomfortable, "bite down on this little square that cuts your mouth up while we line an xray up with the circle" things, it was a machine that just rotated around my head. Easy peasy. The DENTIST spoke perfect english, and was very pleasant, so maybe you won't have an issue there. I was specifically sent there for a independent examination, so this isn't my dentist, and it is so far from me, I won't be making it my dentist, BUT, if you lived in this area, and they took your insurance, I'm not sure why you'd go anywhere else.
