I did and the problem was remedied. I've had root canal, fillings and crown work done. I love the office staff, dental hygienists, and the dentists. I have had issues with screwed up billing but it's always been taken care of. They're always flexible and meet your needs with appointment scheduling. My daughter had a bridge made due to a birth defect. The dentists felt that it wasn't quite right. They remade the bridge at their own expense. The out of pocket cost was quite high, but it was well worth the price. Beautiful workmanship, comfort, and function. I'm very happy with every aspect of the dental practice.

She examined me front to back, up and down, inside and out. I apologized for the mess my mouth was in. I saw a Prosthodontist for almost 9 years. I spend a lot of money, time, pain and not to mention anxiety. This dentist I saw was a salesman and sold me a lot of junk. Whatever work that was done had to be redone. Dr Veys was able to fix and undue the damage that was done and I didn't have to take a second mortgage. I never had to sit around. She ran pretty much on schedule. This was wonderful after waiting hours to see the other dentist. I spent more time walking out of appointments which was horrible, lack of patients time and unprofessional. I didn't have the anxiety of her discussing money and what things cost. The previous dentist would talk money before working on me. Even telling me how to pay for the work. I thought that was the job of the front office? There is never any pressure at Dr Veys. All financial services are handled with the staff at the front desk. Erica explains everything on the bill. What was done at today's visit and what was happening at upcoming visits. Oh yes, Melissa, what an incredible hygienist. I've had my teeth cleaned ever since I had teeth. WOW, I think she cleaned and sanitized my mouth like Mr Clean. I never knew my mouth could feel so smooth and shiny and decay free. My fingers are tired of talking. Also, I found it interesting that when I would ask questions she would appear annoyed. I have gone to another dentist who is wonderful. I explained my family wants required procedures and we're happy to discuss any that are anything else. What we didn't want was every visit to be told we need work, when we didn't. He also takes the time to really explain the what and why of his work - it's really fantastic. Example: Last time I went to Veys several years ago I was told I had several teeth that needed cavity work. My new dentist never mentioned a thing. He did say everything looked great and he advised on items that might be coming within the next 10 years due to my age. Don't take my word for it, talk to anyone who has seen her for more than a couple years.

This message is not a reflection of you but rather of your front desk staff, whose behavior today was both unprofessional and deeply concerning. I attempted to provide feedback regarding their communication, specifically their use of all caps in texts, which came across as unprofessional and dismissive. I simply asked for our son to be referred to as BJ in your communications to avoid confusion, and while we understood that his legal name cannot be changed in your system due to insurance requirements, the staff repeatedly ignored this request as if I was an idiot. Instead of addressing our concerns respectfully, they escalated the situation, made condescending remarks, and accused me of saying inappropriate things I do not recall, which I found unwarranted and offensive but the icing on the cake is when they dismissed our kids from the practice. I still don't believe it was warranted from my actions but it's clear they want to win an argument vs. build rapport and deescalate the situation. Deny me but to deny kids is petty and super unprofessional. Even I still don't feel as if me being dismissed from the practice was warranted if they went that route. When I expressed dissatisfaction, I was met with hostility, accused of violating HIPAA, and dismissed from the practice without justification. Your staff even brought up personal anecdotes unrelated to the issue, further aggravating the situation. Even other low scoring reviews on here for your business you can see in their responses that they like to battle with customers. They meet people with hostility instead of trying to resolve the issue. Which is very normal with conflict. Their responses, both via text and phone, were dismissive, argumentative, and lacked basic customer service etiquette. The hours are perfect-- I've never known a dentist to have evening hours like this. Super convenient for working adults. Additionally, the office is very clean and very modern. They have a machine where they can take photographs of your teeth (and I don't mean X-rays ) and put them up on the large monitor so you can see what they are looking at/referencing. I also like that they give the patients protective glasses to make sure nothing splashes into your eyes, even during a regular cleaning. Also, I am a person terrified of dental work. Dr. Baek does an amazing job of easing my anxiety and making sure the experience is pretty much pain free. I definitely recommend this office 1000%.

They sent me to debt collections... as in I received a letter from debt collectors before I got a call from their office of any kind. When I speak to the debt collectors, they identify themselves as such - but the dental office is adamant that it's not collections and it's just their new vendor for payments. The issue was on the EOB itself. It literally stated " claim denied, mismatched provider information. please call delta dental and provide your dental license number and dental NPI number". The claim of service was from February of 2023. I received debt collections in the mail in late March and was livid. No one from the office even tried to call me? And clearly no one tried to read the letter to resubmit the information to Delta Dental. Every time I spoke to Delta Dental, they said there was nothing I could do to help and " all your doctors office has to do is call us and provide us the license information and you'll have a paid claim". This all made sense to me, since I had never paid a co-pay for cleanings in the past, but once switching to Dr. Solange - like I said, everything went down hill with her front of office. After numerous calls to both Delta and Solange Dentistry, the office manager finally agreed to follow through and do their part. Delta dental said they had 5 years to re-adjudicate claims, Solange claimed they only have 1 year and wanted to pass the bill on to me.. which makes 0 sense, since all of it was clearly their fault as stated on the letter. If they had followed through they would have had a paid claim. Weeks later, after all this had settled - the office manager had the audacity to call me and ask a favor and ask if I would still pay the claim because "we've been spending a lot of time calling Delta dental and trying to get this claim paid". Absolutely appalling and horrendous. No way I'll ever be a patient there again, and I wouldn't suggest anyone go there either based on my experience. In addition, prior to this horrible experience, both my husband and I experienced inexperienced front desk management. One time I went to get a fitting for mouthguard. I even wrote down on my personal calendar "dental $86 total, out of pocket $37.5 night guard" bc I'm insanely organized. Later, when they called me they said the night guard would be $400... okay...?? We experience a lot of confusion from the front desk, making us feel like they don't know what they're doing and they're figuring it out as they go. Miscommunication amongst staff members, not following up on appointments or previous calls... the new office left too much to be desired. I'm sure it's obvious... but yes we both left to seek better dental care. Good luck
