I drove 45 minutes to get here and arrived at 11:50 AM, but despite being early, I sat in a packed lobby for over an hour. I wasn't called back until 1:03 PM, effectively making me the last person in the entire waiting room for a routine cleaning that only took 25 minutes. What made the experience truly "1-star" wasn't just the delay, but the complete lack of basic courtesy from the staff. When I asked the front desk for a time estimate during my wait, I was dismissively told "you're next" without any apology or context. Even when the hygienist finally called my name, there was no acknowledgment of the fact that they were running an hour behind. The worst part was during checkout. When I asked the assistant if an hour-long wait was normal for this office, she completely ignored my question and just continued asking if a noon slot worked for my next visit. When I requested an earlier time specifically to avoid another massive delay, she condescendingly asked, "Are you sure you can come in that early?" It is incredibly frustrating to have your time disrespected and then be met with an attitude when you point it out. If you value your time and expect professional communication, I'd suggest going elsewhere.

She did not want dentures. We went to several dentists and they did not want to work on my mom's teeth. The other dentist would say it's easier to rip all her teeth out and give her dentures. So I was so happy when Dr Zin accepted this challenging case. His fee was very fair for the amount of work I was expecting to pay more. Dr Zin was respectful, nice and gentle with my mother. Dr Zin's staff were also very nice. When I couldn't get my mother to Dr. Zin's office for an appointment (because I live in Texas) Rita at the front desk offered to get one of the dental assistants pick up my mother. Everyone at Everest Dental went way beyond what I expected. Thank you, my mother's teeth feel great and they look great.

Not sure why the reviews are so bad here. On the contrary, I also highly recommend this place…read more Dr. Vu and Katie (dental hygienist) were some of the most gentle yet patient dental professionals I've encountered. They take the time to teach how to better take care of your teeth. Brittany & Adrianne at the front desk was also wonderful! Tatianna was a bit more blunt but I could tell she really cared about patients having healthy teeth-- like a Russian/ Chinese parent kinda love. Explained pros and cons and have time to answer questions. Even covered the pros and cons of using X-ray during pregnancy without forcing a choice onto you. Let you choose what is best for you. Dr. Vu taught us how to properly floss showing he really care about proactive teeth care: scraping the between the sides of your teeth 4x on each side before leaving the grooves. Also taught me that you should floss before brushing teeth to also not inadvertently spread the flossed plaque back onto cleaned/ brushed teeth. Suggested to invest in electric toothbrush. Went the extra mile: Told my pregnant wife that if she ever threw up, to rinse her mouth with either water or mouthwash to neutralize acidic pH of the throw up, then brush teeth 1 hr later; otherwise brushing with the acid will actually inadvertently damage teeth. Also easily identified that certain fillings deteriorated because the previous material used was not of quality. Also open 9a-4p Saturdays. Deep cleaning for whole mouth: $500, but was discounted to $400 ($100 for each quadrant) if not paying with insurance.

When I called, they told me they didn't have any appointments and scheduled me three weeks out--even though I was in pain. When I asked for help, they told me to see another doctor instead. I paid $810 out of pocket for that root canal because my insurance didn't cover it, and now I'm being told they can't do anything. When I finally went in, they said the tooth looked "fine" but I had a small infection. They gave me antibiotics and said if the pain continues, I should see a root canal specialist because they can't help me further. That's unacceptable. To make things worse, the front desk lady was very rude and unhelpful during the whole process. I felt dismissed and not cared for as a patient. I expected much better service and support after spending so much money. I won't be going back.

DON'T GO HERE. I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS…read more This office is a disgrace. My daughter went to them. She came home with a bill that was $1,000 over and above what was covered by insurance. When I spoke with my insurance company they were astonished at what was done. She received treatments that were completely uncovered and some are only covered for children (she's 25 but covered under my insurance). There are age cut-offs of 16 and 19. In addition, the bill states that we have a $1,500 deductible when we have a $50 individual deductible per my insurance plan. Exams are covered 100% reasonable and customary cost. They are "in network" so they are obliged to accept the insurance company's reimbursement but they charged over and above what was covered by insurance. There are multiple items that were not even submitted for coverage and she was charged for them 100% even though they are partially covered. She was asked to sign a paper that was completely incorrect and they made her pay before she left. The financial obligation that she approved was based on errant information about our insurance and is therefore null and void. She told me that she was led to believe she "needed" all of these treatments, with them never explaining to her that they were optional. My dentist always does that. She told me that she was led to believe that she had no choice. To top it all off, she was told she had to pay before she left and they signed her up for credit that has a 35.99% INTEREST RATE!!!. And they charged her based on and "Estimate of Insurance Coverage" that was completely incorrect and inflated! Anticipating a BS comment under my review that says I should reach out, I reached out to them at least 20 times and can never seem to get a call back. I've gotten the runaround for three days now and I'm tired. This is the first of many reviews I will be doing on them on social media. I also plan on reaching out to Pennsylvania Dental Association. I'm upset with my daughter for this but I am appalled at the way they used my daughter's mouth as a cash cow. This is criminal.

The one star is for the sweet assistant who did my teeth cleaning…read more This was an office I found online, is close to home and accepts my insurance. I have a chipped molar (#31) that has become infected and needed to see the dentist ASAP. They got me in, racked my insurance for X-rays of my entire mouth, despite the current X-rays I brought of the tooth. That should have been my first clue but I was in pain and my teeth are in bad shape so I overlooked it, hoping to get my cracked tooth fixed or removed. He gave me antibiotics and pain meds and the lovely assistant cleaned my teeth. After looking at my X-rays, Dr. Kopp was almost judgmental about the condition of my teeth and spoke to me in a tone that can only be described as condescending. I freely admitted right away that I had neglected my teeth for a bit and that certain medications I had been prescribed, also took their toll. He was quiet, non communicative, and just looked at my X-rays, told me I have a few cavities and also need some root canals..... very vague.....so I had to pry the info from him like which teeth, what was covered, etc etc. I scheduled the extraction of the cracked tooth, and granted, it really hurts, but I waited two weeks. That morning they called and cancelled me because the doctor "had a head cold". So I then rescheduled.....3 weeks later, still in pain, out of antibiotics at this point and I get a phone call two hours prior to my appointment to say that the doctor has decided I need to see a dental surgeon for my extraction and would not be removing my tooth. *** Mind you, online it says they do oral surgery*** He could have told me this from the beginning and I could have had the tooth removed five times over by now but instead, I waited, trusted the doctor, gave him the benefit of the doubt with his "head cold" non sense all while being in pain, that escalates daily due to the infection. That is not very good ethics, or bedside manor as far as I am concerned. He let me go on and suffer while awaiting services promised by their office that were never provided. Steer clear of this facility, they are out to charge up insurance plans and if you aren't a big money investment, they will invest no time on your dental needs. Such a complete waste of time and just a huge disappointment. Like I said to the receptionist, thanks for nothing.

She doesn't have dental insurance, and so, bought their individual plan for in-house dental care. Because of that her xrays and visit were included. Unfortunately she ended up needing expensive dental work due to not taking care of her teeth for a long time (argh...) but one thing I will say: although the dentist is not very good with English (the receptionist explains to you what the diagnosis is and why), he really knows his stuff. I've been to some crappy American-born dentists, and it seems the Russian ones are better educated or something.
