No one looks forward to a root canal, but I can honestly say after my experience, I would not hesitate to come back to your office without reservation. I know your office performs hundreds, if not thousands of root canals a year, but I was made to feel as if my experience was the most important one. Specifically, the way Dr. Silberg took the time to explain what was happening step by step and took the time to answer any questions I had. I am also happy to report I am pain free today! One being that on of my teeth was fractured. I wanted to go back in to address said tooth and they said they would have to charge me because it was my fault I hadn't gotten the crowns done. Per my new endodontist, you can't have crowns put on when you are in pain and there are issues with the teeth. Per my new endodontist, he stated the root canals were done poorly and the tooth that was fracture was drilled too deep, which is why it fractured. Now I've lost one tooth, with the possibility of losing at least one more. Of the three they did! Another was to ask about billing. They took it upon themselves to decide what coverage I had and didn't submit charges. For some reason they charged me for three exams. This office works with pearl dentistry which is absolutely a joke as well. They had a stand in dentist do fillings on the same side I am losing teeth. I was not made aware that my actual dentist was not preforming the procedures. From this point I will be filing with the dental board. On top of the issues that I've had, my mother has similar complaints with both offices. What a scam they are pulling and total trash work. Please go somewhere else! I am a licensed dental EFDA and dental educator with over 28 years of experience, and wanted to find a practice where I could feel comfortable. Over my years in many different practices, I have seen tons of shoddy, "patch-work" dentistry. Therefore, I am a HORRIBLE dental patient myself, and do not trust many people to do work in my mouth. Dr. Arhiri quickly put me at ease when I first met him (I just walked in w/o appt to check out the office) and he and his wife Flori, who runs the front desk, greeted me warmly and took time to show me around and address all of my questions. After several weeks of work and almost a full mouth reconstruction, I am happy with my new smile and feel like I have made some new friends as well. I would highly recommend this practice. Dr. Arhiri is a perfectionist, and really takes his time and cares about his work. Very appreciated in a time when you are just a number in most practices. Just one little tip: I did experience an initial confusion over fees, so my one tip would be to get things in writing, so things are clearly defined. (Just ask for a treatment plan that outlines proposed treatment and fees.)
