Checking out the decor, it was simple nothing over the top. The three of us ordered off of the lunch menu. In ordered the shrimp hibachi and my friends ordered teriyaki chicken hibachi. The food didn't take too long to come out considering it's cooked to order. Regarding my shrimp it was good. Nothing to go crazy about. I will say my other 2 friends got more veggies on their plates than I did so the position sizes weren't consistent. Also for the amount of rice on my plate didn't match the 6 shrimps I received. Moving on to the chicken hibachi. My friends complained about the dish being extremely salty and greasy. The gentleman was nice enough to bring a small portion of chicken without the teriyaki sauce on it but that chicken lacked flavor and it was dry. It tastes like seasoning sauce. While the customer service was good the food was lackluster. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The hype the people on TikTok showed wasn't the experience I received.

I'm glad we did because the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food did not disappoint. That said, the self-service setup could use some improvement. The process for getting water and dinnerware wasn't intuitive, and we weren't sure where to go or what was available. We ordered the shareable Edamame appetizer, which was delicious, but it didn't arrive until after our entrées, so we had to ask about it which was disappointing because we wanted to nibble on that before the main entree. Interestingly, another table that was seated after us received two or three shareable appetizers soon after being seated & before we received any food at all. When our entrées arrived, we also realized we didn't have any cutlery. We were seated on the patio where there was a nearby station with napkins, spoons, chopsticks, one knife, but no forks. Since we didn't want to eat our bowls with chopsticks, we had to figure out where to get what we needed. For a Saturday night at 7:30pm, this felt like a lack of preparation. I think Loro could significantly improve the experience by having ONE clearly designated self-service station with everything guests need - water, napkins, forks, knives, spoons, chopsticks, etc., and having staff briefly explain the setup to first-time guests. That small change would make the experience much more seamless. Now, the FOOD! My friend ordered the Shrimp Bowl and I had the Steak Bowl. They may not look like much, but WOW, both were incredibly delicious and satisfying. I also tried the Frozen Beverage Flight, which was such a fun treat and a great way to sample the different options before choosing a favorite for the next visit. Despite the service-flow hiccups, the food was excellent, the staff were friendly, and I'd definitely come back. The breading was crispy and flaky, but had an odd pickle juice flavor that just wasn't for me. The chicken itself had a texture that felt barely cooked, which made the meal even harder to enjoy. The fries were just okay. What surprised me most was that, with only a few tables occupied, no one ever stopped by to ask how everything was, even though what appeared to be the manager was walking around preparing for closing. Last week, both the fajitas and the service were outstanding, which encouraged us to return again this Saturday. As usual, we placed our dine‑in order immediately, along with a to‑go order. A few minutes later, the GM Tristan stopped by to introduce himself, which we appreciated. However, the fajitas arrived about 20 minutes late, compared to the 5‑minute turnaround we experienced last week. After taking a couple of bites, my wife mentioned the fajitas were chewy rather than tender, and I agreed. We informed our waitress, who kindly took the dish back to have a new batch prepared. Shortly afterward, the GM returned. We expected an apology or some form of accommodation, but instead--using a Sherlock‑Holmes‑style interrogation tone--he warned us that a second batch "might not be any different." His approach was surprising and unsettling. I reminded him that we've been coming here since he was a child. We waited 25 minutes with no food and no follow‑up from anyone, until a polite young gentleman, Carlos, came by to check on us. After hearing what happened, he assured us he would expedite the order. Five minutes later, the fajitas arrived, and this time they were tender and flavorful--exactly what we expected. After finishing our meal, we asked for the check and our to‑go order. I wasn't too keen on having soggy french toast and was content to let the strawberries shine. My coffee was slightly burned but otherwise good. Not sure how this place would be for bigger parties but it appears that the tables are flexible and since they do serve your meals to your table, I'm sure they'd be willing to accommodate if needed but I'd probably call ahead to be sure. Food service was timely and we didn't have to wait very long. They even set me up with my dessert, a Chocolate Cinnamon Shake to go after our meal and it was also phenomenal. It's more a soft serve feel than a shake so I would've just gone with a small size because it can feel incredibly filling due to its heavier texture that you eat with a spoon. Great for a small individual serving or for sharing. Was definitely very pleased with our meal and service and will be looking forward to coming back again for another experience with their food.
