    Green goddess salad

Great menu options! Easy counter order. Free ice cream! Tons of sitting spaces. All was great but all the food was a bit too salty for me including the green goddess salad and onion rings. Will try something else. Maybe it was an off night and a bit too heavy handed on the salt.

I have never been to this location but it was a nice spot, it's a little smaller than my usual location but still enjoyed the food. We ordered the appetizers sampler, cheese burger meal, steak salad and chicken fried chicken meal. Service was great and food was very tasty.

Mia's table has been on my radar for a while and now they opened one in Bellaire. My wife and I enjoyed a couple of great meals and service. We had enough for a couple more meals. The chicken fried steak and chicken (2 plates) were amazing. The breading stayed put when you cut it and the meat had lots of flavor. You can get jalapeno gravy which I loved, wifey opted for the regular. I need to remember to order it with the gravy served on the side to help keep the crispness there, still very very good but on the side is mo' better. We had to get an appetizer of fried onion rings....they were phenominal. Both meals came wit' 2 sides, I chose green beans and mashed taters, both great choices, I wonder if you can get onion rings as a side with a small upcharge. My wife picked a side of fruit and mashed taters, yum! They have free soft serve ice cream for kids of all ages.

A newly opened Southern diner catering to the neighborhood families. We started with fried pickles. The pickles were not greasy and very addictive. Our party of three ordered meatloaf, grilled porkchops, and fried catfish/shrimps plates for diner. Each plate came with two sides of our choice. Our side were mashed potatoes, creamed corn, fries/onion rings and cole slaw. The proteins were seasoned and cooked perfectly. The fried seafoods were not greasy and the meatloaf was meaty. Star of the show was the porkchops. The two pieces were were perfectly cooked with the grilled essence. The pork chops were so tender. The sides were delicious. The mashed potato needed no gravy, It was that good. We ordered the classic banana pudding for desert. The banana pudding was not too sweet and not artificial tasting. It was the perfect desert to cap off our dinner. Sevice was excellent. Servers were friendly, courteous, and efficient. Prices were very acceptable for such good quality foods. Plenty of parking available for this stip center location. We will definitely return.

The food here never misses. It always comes out piping hot, flavorful, and in Texas‑sized portions (and yes... the drinks are strong, so pace yourself). Honestly, the best strategy is to order a few dishes and share -- that way you can taste everything without popping a button. This time I tried the Mulita taco for the first time and oh my goodness... delicious. My crew tore up the chicken nachos, the birria grilled cheese, and the taco plate. We even grabbed a chicken burrito to go for my husband at home. And that soft‑serve margarita deserves its own round of applause. BTW, our server was great. She kept a pulse on our eating pace and brought some to-go boxes when she saw us slowing down. If you haven't been, I absolutely recommend Dona Leti's. Just bring your patience, your appetite, and a designated driver -- because they do not play with those margaritas.

The flavors are excellent and not too spicy for anyone who is sensitive to spice. The food is pretty expensive and yes, the portions are pretty big, but a lot of the food presented is side food like rice, onions, and cheese. If you put those aside, the portions of the actual food is not that big. I also do not like how almost everything had an up charge. Shout out to our waiter for telling us if certain things had an up charge but almost everything we asked for had an up charge that was not written on the menu. For example, for my pupusa, I wanted bean and cheese instead of cheese and there was a one dollar upcharge. We asked for some jalapeños and that cost a dollar and the cup was so tiny. Also certain types of meats for certain types of tacos have an up charge that are not listed on the menu and I wish they would just be clear about that. They also made a mistake and overcharged me by three dollars which I did not really catch until after I paid... Our server was nice, but there are definitely pros and cons of the place.

I drove by dozens of times but didn't realize it was a Mexican restaurant. I was there on a Monday afternoon and there were a few customers. I sad by the big mural. I enjoyed the taste of the birria beef. It was very tender and flavorful. The consomé was perfectly seasoned, not overpowering. I also ordered Agua Fresca de Jamaica (hibiscus tea). It was delicious and just right amount of sweetness. When I looked at the menu, menudo popped up in the soup section. I would definitely try to come back on weekends. So, I came back the following Sunday. The restaurant was packed. tVs were blasting soccer match. People, mostly male customers, filling the tables inside and a few tables on the patio. The only open seats were at the bar. I had a nice view of the TV and wait staff bring food from the kitchen. The menudo was served in a big shallow bowl on a big tray filled with chopped onions, chopped cilantro and oregano flakes. Thank goodness no jalapeños. The flavor was down right, not too thick and not greasy. Temperature was perfect. The freshly made tortillas were great. I also ordered Agua Fresca de Melón. Mmm... so delicious. Service was excellent. Every staff carried a big smile. I completely forgot that I was in Chinatown. I wish every restaurant in Chinatown could be this good.
