I have actually gotten my lashes with three different lash artists here (Maribel, Arlenis and Allison) and every single time they've always left my lashes gorgeous! They take care of your lashes and really isolate your natural lashes. I arrived 15 min early to my full set lash appointment while my tech arrived a little bit after the appointment time. I did not see her wash her hands, I didn't feel the need to ask since it should be known to do so and didn't want to offend her if she already did. She stopped multiple times during the service time to text, which I felt was disrespectful to my time. At the end of my appointment , I wasn't satisfied because the lashes weren't even but decided to just pay and leave. I've been coming to Miami lash room for about a year now! I've done my lashes mostly with Maribel and she is awesome! She's chill and always listens to what her client wants. She gives her recommendations as well if she feels your lashes may need a smaller size or a break! My lashes last me 2-3 weeks. I like to do bi weekly fills but I could really go 3 weeks without doing them. They feel so light, they're great quality lashes. Whether I want to talk or not Maribel always makes me feel comfortable. She is one of those owners that does believe the client is always right and is very understanding! She really took the time to educate me on the background of lashes, proper techniques, and supplied me with Grade A materials. I felt very confident with the knowledge I gained! I've done my lashes a couple of times and was never happy with the results. They always felt thick and heavy and would clump even though I took good care of them. Maribel is a pro! She is great and makes you feel comfortable and answers any questions you have as well as tells you how to take care of them to make them last while keeping your own lashes. I have good lashes to begin with and I asked her what she thought would look good on me to give me a fuller look without makeup and she suggested the classic and it was a great choice. I have the short to medium classic cat eye done and they look even better than the picture shows. The cost is great and they don't feel thick or heavy but nice and soft and natural but full. I don't have any makeup on in the photos just the lashes. I'm also allergic to everything and the glue didn't make my eyes itchy or burn at all. I'm really impressed with the service and the work they do. I already booked my refill on a few weeks. They are located inside a shared beauty space in the shopping center next to the post office so if you go, look for that instead of the name of the business when you park. I'm very disappointed. I've been a frequent client since 2019 and also have referred many friends to this place even family. Sad to say the only person that can do lashes is Maribel the owner. To begin with I been jumped to 4 different techs over the past 3 years. Maribel is super booked the few times I was lucky enough to book with her I never had an issue with my lashes and they would last me for two weeks or even more. But other then that I've had none stop issues with her techs to one named Arlenis leaving me almost bald that I had to take a break off lashes cause I had bald gaps on my natural lashes thankfully I bought a grow serum and they grew back. I'm not sure what's going on but recently the issues been getting worse there schedules to over booking to not having space to lashes lasting a week and still paying for the service given. I understand that's how the girls make their money but us clients are also the ones paying for the service as well so we are loosing on both sides !! This last time I went I advise I will not pay the full price for lashes that won't last me so I was given a discount by Maribel but by the next day the lashes were already falling leaving me to see my lashes again won't last a full two weeks. The last message I got was from the assistant saying unfortunately there's nothing more they can do but refer me to another place extremely disappointed with that type of response being that I've been a client Since even before they located to a bigger place. read more

I no longer live in town and it's hard to see someone new other than my girl back home but Maribel gave me an incredible set of volume lashes. Her work is clean, fluffy and amazing. Amazing lash tech! Got hooked on lashes since last year did it for my birthday and a couple of business trips I had. Maribel is amazing! My lashes last up to 6 weeks looking full and still slaying. I do take care of them but I still workout, swim and continue on with my regular lifestyle. I got my lashes done here for a last minute vacation trip. My lash tech was beyond sweet, I have no complaints towards her. However, my lashes did not last AT ALL. It's been 4 days and I'm already bald on my right eye, and the left eye is losing fans every time I brush them out with my spoolie. I've been getting lash extensions for 3 years, and I've never had a full set with such poor retention. I'm extremely disappointed with the results of this service, considering it was $160 plus tip. This place is cute and girly, but the classic lashes don't last. When I got home they already started falling out. I gave them 3 stars because at first the lashes did look good. In a week they already look more than half fallen out or almost nothing there. Parking could be an issue but that's expected in Hialeah. Also had issues with prior appointments running too long or double booking the appointment all together and having to wait for an hour. I'm not sure if they can follow social distancing as the place is super tiny which isn't their fault so doesn't allow for enough space. My lash tech did not wear the mask correctly over the nose and laughed and talked a lot over the face. Even if the tech is not sick, it's gross to feel a gust of air from someone you don't know laughing right over your face. I won't be coming back personally. Hope this helps someone. read more

One word - A M A Z I N G ! I have known Maribel & Arlenis for years now. I started doing lashes with them since day one since they first opened, almost 4 years ago. I have witnessed the work of these girls progress over the years and I've seen them grow into these beautiful women. They make everything comfortable and relaxing for the client. They make sure you are happy 100%. The truly care for their clients, for example if you show them a picture of a style you want and it's something they know will damage your lashes they will be honest with you and NOT do it because they do not allow any damage to your natural lashes. They will offer you another alternative that will look similar to what you want AND be safe for your natural lashes. I've never had any issues with my lashes, they always last me weeks with good care. I have also had lash lifts done and I love that as well. I've been on vacation where I go to the beach, pool, jump off a boat, ride jet skis and my lashes are still INTACT. Last year, I decided to take the next step and decided to take Maribel's lash course to get certified and it was also amazing. She teaches you everything you need to know. She gives you tips and tricks. The do's and don'ts. She answers all your questions and is very patient. She allows you to work with a model to get hands on experience and also gives you al the tools you need to start off your business. Again, 100% recommend them either for lashes or courses! read more

Got a lash perm a while back and I loved it, the owner was super nice and did an amazing job.

I really like how my lashes and brows turned out looks wise. But its only been 1 week and 2 days and my eyelashes have more than half fallen off. The first couple of days after getting them down when i would gently brush them they would fall off soo many at a time!! I researched for so long to find this place and picked it because they always post retention photos on instagram and i was hopefull. I needed them to last for my 2 week holiday in america. The rate they are falling out i can tell they arent gonna last much longer. I paid 160 not worth it at all. The lashes themselves when they fall out they feel like they are so thick. The lat 45 minutes of my appointment the lash technician had a spanish friend come in and she was yelling in spanish for so long the whole time!!
