This will not be my place, unfortunately. The salon is cute and the people were very friendly ,so I was hopeful. It was really strange when they just laid me back in the chair right out in the open in front of everyone! The place I'm used to going takes you to a private room where you lay down on a bed and they give you warm blankets to cover up . It makes it very relaxing , while they work their magic. Here it was cold and it felt really strange to lay back in an uncomfortable chair , out in the open , in front of everybody , to have the service done! I do wish I would've left before having it done, now. Unfortunately, my right eyelashes took, but my left eye did not! So now I am stuck, looking very strange with my right eyelashes curled, and my left lashes not! . I haven't called to complain because I know I can't get it redone. I have to wait the course of a few months until the solution is off of my lashes to return to the place that does do a great job. I felt it was important to let people know this , because it sucks that my eyes look completely different! My right lashes are pretty and awake and my left eye looks bare unless I put a few coats of mascara on it to try to match my right eye. I do want to end on a positive note , saying that the girls were very friendly and the salon looked cute and clean so maybe try it for a different service but not the lash lift and tint!

This review is for eyelash extensions. I am excited to try other services and will update my review…read moreas I do so. I made a mistake a couple weeks ago and went with a super cheap eyelash extension specialist. It was horrendous. I am surprised I have any natural lashes left. I went to Lily's Miracle Spa and informed the specialist that she can just fill in the gaps. Being an actual professional, she quickly realized that it was not possible to work around the huge chunks of glue on my eyes. The specialist spent a half an hour removing the trecherous lashes before applying new ones. She uses nice, good quality lashes and applies them individually to each lash. The total cost was only $80! That is unreal for a full set professionally done. I am so lucky that Lily's is right by my house. I can't wait to try some other services.

I've been coming here on and off for years and never had a bad experience until now…read more I made an appointment for lash extensions, they booked me with a girl named Alla. When I arrived I showed her a picture as reference for the style of lashes I wanted which was a cat eye style and I specified I wanted the lashes way shorter than in the picture. The girl does not speak English and by her blank stare I could tell she didn't understand what I was saying. The front desk girl came over and translated in Russian and it appeared she understood. I must've said the word short and shorter 10 times before starting the extensions. Two hours later when I got up the eyelashes were completely the opposite of what I had asked for. Extremely long, thick and exaggerated! I told her that they were too long and I did not like them - she didn't understand so I then called the receptionist again and told her the same thing. I paid $185 plus $15 tip so $200 for something I did not ask for nor liked. They agreed to "fix it" I was scheduled 3 days later! When I returned I asked to speak to the owner Inna which has known me for years and she said I could either remove them and lose the $185 or they would do a new set but would charge me for it! They literally laughed in my face when I asked for a refund and said it's not her fault her employee didn't understand when I said shorter and I stated that it is not my fault that she hired someone who speaks only Russian and doesn't understand English. The whole thing was ridiculous. She took zero accountability nor any initiative to resolve the problem. I was so disappointed that after all the years of being a loyal customer despite the crazy increases she makes every few months she didn't think twice to take my money and send me off unhappy for something that was totally not my fault. I will never go back there nor recommend anyone anymore. I left that place ended up getting the lashes removed at another salon and paid an additional $60 to have them taken off. Also all the other lash aestheticians she has employed don't speak or understand English. The receptionist is the only one who does. I believe they are going through a money crisis and they are scamming their clients for it! This could happen to anyone else. Please be aware of this salon. I do not recommend coming here! Inna - please save your time responding back with a fake apology or twist the story to make yourself seem good online.
