Did not keep their appointment. Tried to blame customer for their inactions. It's definitely not dependable. Plus, they've been paid for the work in advance and can't get it done. The first excuse was lack of technicians, then shifted the blame to the customer. They have a lot of excuses but no reliability. If they can't keep appointments, how dependable are they for their work or warranties, apparently zero work ethics... Try U-Haul or someplace that actually shows up and completes the job they have been paid for. read more

Accompanied a friend to get a U-Haul and this happened to be the nearest place where you could get one. Must say that sometimes unless you specifically look for something, you would never know something is there and that's the case with Miami Hitches. I cannot recall how many times I have passed by this area and never noticed this was there until now. Truth is the location is somewhat hidden, given that everything around it is factory after factory. If you get lost, plug in the GPS or call the staff. Staff is ridiculously helpful and fully bilingual which is a major plus given that this is located in Hialeah. Not to mention that my friend doesn't speak Spanish, so I accompanied him just in case. Turns out I wasn't needed, but I didn't feel left out at all. The man who attended us had excellent customer service skills and didn't neglect me, considering I was just accompanying my friend. At any rate, my friend got his U-Haul, and given the size of it, the man who attended him gladly took it out for him. Considering my friend isn't too savvy with Hialeah directions, he then followed me out and I consequently helped him out in what I could moving wise. All in all, a very pleasant experience and I will definitely keep this company in mind if for whatever reason I need to rent a U-Haul. read more

A great place to have a hitch installed. Both of the owners were very friendly to work with. I called on a Saturday, and had the hitch installed on Tuesday. The install took about 45 minutes total. I had a 1 1/4 inch receiver hitch (no wiring) mounted onto my Acura TSX. The price of the hitch and labor was was extremely reasonable. Imagine an asian woman who has "zero" knowledge of mechanics. I wanted to install the bike rack and didn't even know what hitch was! I called Miami Hitches. Left a message. Unlike a lot of mechanic places that you must wait for someone to talk to you! They know what they are doing.
