Many years our Miami Dolphins have been the pride and joy of not only South Florida, but of all fans of the NFL sport. Getting off to a great start this 2023 season at 3 - 0 in preseason and after beating a strong Buffalo Bill's team fans are very optimistic. Games are exciting to attend as teams has become a mater of presentation by adding pregame venue and many activities at stadium prior to game. Over all an awesome entertainment experience for local fans and many tourist that go to games during their vacations. Highly recommend live game! read more

What started as teasing with my best guy friend in middle school, has turned into a lifelong dislike of this team. I am only giving two stars because they do seem to do some charity work in the community. That is admirable. I have had the opportunity to attend games because I won tickets. Well, even sitting in a suite at two different games did not improve my opinion of the Dolpbins. The food in the suite is no good but that is a separate review. I honestly could go on and on and on why I do not like the Dolphins. One reason is they lack spirit. They also don't seem to appreciate their fans. Except the former players who I met. The service was horrific! I was a part of crew that set up and prepaid for services in a suite and the service was terrible. I dislike using the race card but, I have no doubt in my mind the service would have been better if this were a game for a predominant white college. We prepaid for our order and did not receive food or beverages until the 2nd quarter of the game. This is ridiculous and the staff was unresponsive but they expect a 20% gratuity. Myself and the guys don't mind tipping and we are usually 20% or above but, the service can not be lackadaisical for more than 20%. This service was lacking and I truly believe this was because the football game was an HBCU game. They did not respect our spending power and we are owed an apology or we need to change venues due to the lack of respect. The food and beverage management never stopped by our suite to see if we everything was ok and if there was anything needed. read more

The Miami Dolphins are an American Professional Football Team and the oldest professional sports team in Florida. Naturally since I grew up in South Florida I'm a fan. Their first season was the year I graduated from High School 1966! I've attended games at both the original stadium and the Hard Rock Stadium. It's hard for me to be a fan of any other Professional Football Team because my Father was and Uncle still is a huge fan. I might add that my daughter follows in their footpath. The only problem that The MIAMI DOLPHINS is all for helping people with disabilities correct? Long story short I put a deposit down on some seats for this season and my sales rep didn't tell me the ticket prices come to find out that I called and someone else told me how much my seats would be in Sec 305 1,000 a piece guys with a monthly payment of almost 300 bucks. Let me remind you that I am on disability and I don't even break 1,000 a month to live off of I was absolutely livid so I told my rep to refund my deposit back which he didn't do until a blasted The Miami Dolphins on every social media about how much they are not willing to work people who are on disability for the rest of thier lives!!! Diehard fan for too many years and all I keep seeing are SSDD. I've been a season ticket holder for 26 years and this will be the last. I can't stand the design of the new stadium. Why not just make a fully retractable roof??? I will continue to go to a few games but not as a season ticket holder. I know that Mr. Ross doesn't sit in the stand because as soon as he felt 100+ degrees and no wind he'd go back up to his owners box. On the positive side, I do feel secure while I'm in the stadium although it is very apparent that there have not been the same number of police officers in each section. Being a Miami Dolphin's fan is like being married to an abusive husband that keeps beating you and beating you but you don't leave. Domestic violence is always wrong but I will let Chad Ochocinco head-butt me as many times as he needs to if the Fins would take him come back. He's changed I swear. This is a franchise that's made an art form out of making bonehead decisions and losing football games. Apparently someone sold the team's soul for the 1972 undefeated season and they've been cursed ever since. Here is some evidence to support my claims -- Top 3 ways the Dolphins prefer to lose... #1 out performing their opponent in every category yet having no points to show for it. #2 having the lead and letting the other team score in the final seconds of the game. #3 having a huge halftime advantage, then throwing the last two quarters. They've been mismanaged by the likes of Bill Parcells and Dave Wannstedt to name a few -- David Boston - after a stellar career with the Cardinals and Chargers, David 'Blowston' gets to Miami and blows! Blows his drug test by using roids, blows out his knee before contributing, and after a year of rehab, does it again. They basically paid him millions to sit on the bench and order Canadian GHB from his smartphone. Jason Taylor - almost career 800 tackles, more than 100 sacks and has played with Miami for over a decade...he doesn't belong on this list. As the Dolphins slog through ANOTHER losing season, there's a tweet from news stations that there's a presser from Dolphins camp. OK, the coach is going to be fired, the GM too right? And then I went to college in Boston, where I probably thought that the Patriots were the bee's knees. But then... then I moved to Florida and I've been a Dolfan ever since. I live in Charlotte now and even though we have a fine football team, I still root for my Fish. Yep, they suck. The dullphins just haven't been fun for a long time, although I liked Chadwick William Pennington and Ricky Richard The Third Williams. In a Patrick Swayze sort of way. I heard that people with guns like them, hence the team name the "Myammo Dolphins". First-Hand Experience: I've seen the Dolphins play once in a pre-season game at Sun Life in Miami and then once in Orchard Park NY against the Bills, about 4 years ago. A game in which the Bills got a much-deserved win. Both times I thought the Dolphins played well and I liked their uniforms and a few of their players, but both times I thought they lacked the intensity and passion of a team at this level and so I give them a 3 for that. Plus their fan support is questionable. Now that I've seen every NFL team play live & been to every NFL stadium (current and former), time to review them on Yelp! I love stadiums! I've been to every cool stadium in the UK & North America, due to my obsession with travel & sport. I've toured America as a musician for 7 years. In that time, I've seen sports games at (or visited when empty, or both) almost every major stadium in US and Canada. I have pictures of most which I'll upload at some point. Man the Miami Dolphins did not disappoint on November 2, 2014. On this day they played the San Diego Chargers. Miami won 37-0. The Miami Dolphin defense was fantastic and were able to shut out the Chargers. This was my first NFL game that I have attended in person and it was an exciting one. The worst organization from top to bottom. I got season tickets last year, I wasn't able to look at my tickets because the stadium was under construction. So they showed a computer mock up and view of my seats, on A laptop. They were supposed to be 5 rows from the balcony and on the isle. The were 6 rows from the very top and in the middle. When I brought this to their attention that said, oh well you can stop paying, but you can't get a refund. Well I had already paid from half of the season so I kept paying and was disappointed. They also said I could make my money back by selling my tickets but nobody wanted to buy. Now they're calling me and trying to get me to buy tickets again. No wonder why there are so many empty seats Not to mention the people in the box office were very rude I won't be going to any more games read more

Once again, forgive me for the high rating. I'm about to say why that is-Dan Marino. One of the all time greats who never got to win a ring, he's also one of the main reasons I'm a huge fan of football. I did get to see him play during his last few years. Wish I could have during his prime however! Some of the notable Dolphins names-Don Shula, Larry Cszonka, Bob Kuechenberg, Manny Fernandez, Mark Duper, Paul Warfield, Mercury Morris and more. Considering the Cheatriots are in the same division as they are, sad to say that this team won't be winning it anytime soon, unless they start picking it up. I'm rating the Dolphins 5 stars because my hubby has been a huge, huge, huge, huge, HUGE fan of the Dolphins his entire life. He grew up in Jacksonville, FL long before the Jaguars existed. So, he was raised with the Dolphins. He was actually kinda pissed off when the Jaguars came to Jacksonville because they (for the most part) stopped showing his beloved Dolphins games and started showing the Jaguars games. I support my hubby, so therefore I support the Dolphins. Each week during football season, I get to hear a complete rundown of the game from him and I nod and smile like a good wife. Did I hear anything he said? Probably not. LOL Now, here's my experience with the Dolphins: I was lucky enough to see Dan Marino play his very last game in person. I have always been a big fan of Marino. I think he's one of the greatest quarterback to have every played in the NFL (and I promise I'm not saying that just because of the hubby). It was the playoff game of the 1999 season between the Jaguars and the Dolphins and it was played here in jacksonville. By sheer luck, I managed to score tickets to this game (and had amazing seats too)! Not only was it Marino's last game, but it was Jimmy Johnson's last game as coach as well. So I kinda got a 2fer. I was rooting hard for the Jaguars and the Jaguars did win (this is why it was Marino and Johnson's last game). They didn't win by just a little bit either. The Jaguars kicked the holy sh** out of them. It was actually kinda sad to see Marino go out like that. I tease hubby all the time b/c he's completely jealous I got to see this game in person and I'm always telling him we won like 986 to 2. He always scowls and says, "62-7." It's like this huge running joke with us. Every time I get the chance (which is usually about once a week) to bring this game up, it starts something like this, "Ya know, there was this game I saw......" and he knows what's coming. And then I always pick random numbers for how badly the Jaguars beat them. LOL Anyway... it's funny for us... well, at least for me. I've only been telling him this story for a decade now and he's only been finishing up the story by saying, "62-7" for a decade now. I hate myself for being a Dolphin fan. I feel like Charlie Brown trying to kick the football from Lucy (Lucy is the Dolphins in this scenario) as she picks the ball up every time for me to miss. I hate the fact I spend money and time on beautiful Sundays every home opener for the last several years to watch garbage on the field. The team name and logo is gay (gay like a fanny pack is gay, not the sexual orientation), the colors are offensive and the "Fins up" catchphrase is stupid. The team is always awful and when they aren't, they're just good enough to give you hope and end up being mediocre. The Dolphins find new ways to lose. Case in point - Monday night against the Jets. Brandon Marshall is wide open, he catches the ball and starts to run downfield for a sure touchdown and he runs out of bounds. The nearest Jet was 20 yards away and he runs out of bounds like an imbecile. This organization is the most poorly run excuse for a team. Case in point - the Dolphins owner Stephen Ross flies to California to interview a head coach while the current coach hasn't been fired. The coach that was interviewed turns down the offer so Ross comes back to Miami and gives the current coach an extension on his contract. True story, you can't make this stuff up. Just typing this and I'm wondering why I'm a Dolphins fan. I'm so close to bailing on this stupid team. Here's an idea - blow the whole team up and get a new team name, logo and colors. Call the team the Miami Swordfish and adopt the colors from the Oregon Ducks' colors in college. Find out how Green Bay and Pittsburgh do it and follow that formula. I think it may be time to color the seats a darker color. I know I need to let it go but the Orange Bowl for the dump that it was, it was always fun and electric. You were right on the field and you had an impact on the game as a fan. At No-Life stadium, I am so far from the action I even have to question why I should scream cause it aint like the players are going to hear me. Food wise, the stadium is OK. I'd like a better selection like the Marlins new stadium. Cash lot parking was $25 which seems high but my tailgating experience was better than the actual game so that was a bargain compared to my actual ticket. The directional parking is a HUGE parking at No Life Stadium. We had a 5 car caravan that we lined up on the road prior to getting there and then they want to break us up. This makes NO SENSE. We are a group of friends tailgating together with tents et all, let us park together! I'm hoping / guessing that if the Fins get good again, it will be fun to go again to games. read more

*****100th Review***** (Insert massive fireworks display and confetti here) So, I decided I'd mark my 100th review by writing about the Miami Dolphins!!! I grew up watching them play and can't get enough!!! Win or lose, I cheer them on; although, I have to say it's much nicer to cheer when they are winning!!! The last decade or so has been painful to watch....actually it's been painful to watch the Dolphins since Dan Marino's final game (if you can even call it that)... I'll leave the details to my wife....who is just dying to write about it in her review....For those of you who don't know it was a disaster- at least for Miami...and well...the team hasn't recovered entirely since...in fact they're still searching for a franchise quaterback, although many believe Ryan Tannehill is that guy! I'm still not sure....He's got way more talent around him and so far has yet to break the 500 mark...This year is his third year, and I hope for his sake he doesn't have another 8-8 season or the search for a franchise qb will continue...and his name will be added to the long list of failures the team has had since Marino's retirement.... There is no way to tell if or when the Dolphins will return to their former glory...but one thing is for certain They are still the only undefeated (17-0 including the playoffs and the Super Bowl) team in NFL history...No Patriots fans...being undefeated in the regular season doesn't count...it's nice....but, alas there is only ONE undefeated team in league history.....That would be the Miami Dolphins!!!!!!! I doubt I'll ever see an undefeated season in my lifetime, but boy it sure would be sweet if the 72 Dolphins players had to keep their champagne on ice because of the Dolphins.....hey...a guy can dream right?????? read more

I love the Miami Dolphins because I'm from Miami and I love football.My Dad was the biggest Dolphin fan I ever knew I love the team and they're getting better but they need to go to the playoffs for once we haven't been to the playoffs since 2008 when we had Chad Pennington as our quarterback.We need to go to the playoffs because we're very average right now they finished off 8-8 again just like last year.The Dolphins have had a crazy season this year they've been playing a lot of close games and have won most of them and next year they have a rough schedule so Tannehill needs to work harder or he's gonna get traded and Philbin will lose his job.Even though I don't think Joe Philbin is a good coach he's not as bad as Cam Cameron though.I remember that year when the Dolphins were 1-15 that was a terrible season the only team we beat that year was the Ravens but the only good thing that year when the Dolphins were 1-15 was when the Patriots lost to the Giants in the Super Bowl.That year they were undefeated and that sucked because I hate the Patriots so much they're my worst enemy aside from the Jets but the Bills don't bother me because they don't cheat.The Patriots have cheated to much and they need to stop.Everyone on that team is stupid Belichick is the main reason on why they cheat so much it's also Brady too.U know how many dolphin fans hate the Patriots?I know it's gotta be almost the whole city even though I don't know any Patriot fans here and I don't wanna know them.The Dolphins are the only team that has been undefeated and I wish that could happen again even though it never will if Chad Pennington was still playing we'd probably go to the playoffs all the time but no we have a terrible coach and very average quarterback I love u Tannehill but you're very average to be honest at least you're better than Chad Henne I'm so happy that we got rid of him he sucked as a quarterback.The whole team needs to work harder just like when they had Dan Marino and Don Shula.I wish we could go to the playoffs for once there were a lot of games the Dolphins should've won they should've beaten the Broncos,The Lions,The Packers and the Jets on our last game.We only lost to DENVER by 3 points the final score was 39-36 we were winning the whole game but Peyton Manning screwed us over and came back and won on the other hand when we played The Detroit Lions we were winning the whole game until they had to score a touchdown at the end of the game.We were winning 16-13 but then MATTHEW Stafford threw a great pass to the Weid Receiver and he caught it we lost 20-16 then when we played the Packers the game was crazy we were winning the whole game as well but Aaron Rodgers threw I nice pass to one of the players and caught it we lost 27-24 and the Jets game was terrible we lost 37-24 and the worst team to lose to is the Jets and the Jets suck they lost Mark SANCHEZ and they have a terrible quarterback Geno Smith.We shouldn't have lost that game and the worst part is that the game was in Miami so yeah we had a crazy season once again and next year will be even crazier because we play a lot of good teams next year like the Cowboys,The Eagles,Chargers,Colts and more hopefully we'll do better next year and I hope so read more

The Dolphins are one of the teams I like, after Tampa Bay. We have season tickets for the Bucs and just played the Dolphins. I have to say that the Miami fans were great. They came in force and cheered loud and strong for their team. While they were doing so, they were polite and everyone had a good time, I think. I can't say as much about most of the visiting fans. read more
