The service was horrific! I was a part of crew that set up and prepaid for services in a suite and the service was terrible. I dislike using the race card but, I have no doubt in my mind the service would have been better if this were a game for a predominant white college. We prepaid for our order and did not receive food or beverages until the 2nd quarter of the game. This is ridiculous and the staff was unresponsive but they expect a 20% gratuity. Myself and the guys don't mind tipping and we are usually 20% or above but, the service can not be lackadaisical for more than 20%. This service was lacking and I truly believe this was because the football game was an HBCU game. They did not respect our spending power and we are owed an apology or we need to change venues due to the lack of respect. The food and beverage management never stopped by our suite to see if we everything was ok and if there was anything needed.

I'd like to thank my ticket rep and friend Robert Horvitz for his attention and service to World Wide Dolfan Clubs during the entire year. Over the past 5 years I've been working with so many great people like Jamie Quadrozzi, Brian Travers, Sergio Xiques, Kelly Heinly, Todd Rhinehart and others. Everyone has been great along the way. So great I'm always nervous with someone new, but Robert Horvitz you sir top them all and that is simply amazing cause they are all so great. Thank you Miami Dolphins for taking great care of your biggest fans WORLD WIDE!!!!

The Miami Dolphins the AFC East Yelp Challenge 73/100. It seems like every year this team has a big turnover. They sign players and cut them a year or two down the road. The project QB is paying off a little bit, but his contract is coming up. Do you let him walk like you did your last QB.? It's hard to follow this team, I'll like a guy and then he's gone. So a future here is not good. The Dolphins organization reminds me of Baseball's Oakland A's. But the only different thing, is your not getting players in return. Every time I look at the A's they're fielding someone else new. So no point in me liking anyone like your running back Lamar Miller. Because he'll be gone in a year. Dear Dolphins, My memories of your Great Years in the 80s keep me a believer in your club. I still sing your Fight Song with passion. There are no fans like 'Fins Fans. You may have had some rough years, but you are on your way back to the Glory Days! You Can Do It!! Love, Jamie

Watching them practice only to have 5 (at 3:15) minutes of want to get your autograph and have most of the team not come... Well.. For me it is been there doene that! Would not recommend to others. In my opinion, they should have some players walk with the "fans" for a couple of minutes during practice just to make it worth while for us fans... The cheerleader table was quite nice... Cheers

Firstly the big thing about this practice facility is that finally they have covered the bleachers where we have to sit and watch them practice. This was not available last year and it makes watching the practice more comfortable especially in the blazing Florida sun. They also installed fans with mist blowers which cools the heat a little. Bring a season ticket holder I got invited as one of the events to see them practice and it is actually pretty interesting. This place actually had the field which is an actual football size field, which they use as their outdoor facility, there is also a bubble which they use to simulate their away experiences as they could adjust temperatures to get acclimated to other arenas and away temperatures. One thing to note is that if there is bad weather such as thunder and lightening practice is moved indoors to the bubble where the public is not allowed. There is also a souvenir store where you could get all your Miami Dolphins memorabilia or souvenirs as after practice some of the players come to the bottom of the bleachers to sign autographs for the fans. As far as food goes it's like you are at a hot dog stand, there are your normal juices, water and beer for drinks, as far as food there is stuff like chicken tenders, hot dogs or fries, nothing to fancy but if you need something light to eat this would be available. The parking is pretty good as of course there is a free parking garage where there is ample parking. The only fault of this is that traffic comes from different directions when exiting which could mean at least 30 - 45 minutes exiting if everyone decides to leave at the same time. So a piece of advice is to try to leave at least 5 - 10 minutes before practice and autographs are done so you avoid this as it could be frustrating. Would definitely go back again as I feel this is a great place to go see the Miami Dolphins practice and experience something that only members get to. Would definitely recommend going if you get the opportunity. Go Fins!!!!!!!

Hey South Florida, did you know that you can get tickets to a professional sports game in this town…read morethat don't cost an arm and a leg? I know, it's not Heat, Dolphins, Marlins, or even Panthers. It's the Florida Launch, South Florida's own professional lacrosse team. Playing eight home games a season at FAU in Boca, tickets can be well below twenty dollars a piece. Not familiar with lacrosse? In many ways it is the oldest and newest sport around. Lacrosse was played by Native American Iroquois in the Northeastern United States. At the same time it is one of the fastest growing sports in the United States right now, especially in youth athletics. It seems that every new person I meet has their kid in lacrosse! I think you have to actually watch a lacrosse game to appreciate it. The kids love it because they get to pass the ball with big sticks. It has elements of soccer and hockey. It is fast and physical, usually with more scoring than hockey and baseball. The Launch, started by Casey Powell, one of the best lacrosse players ever, had their inaugural season in 2014. The crowds have definitely increased this year, although I can't say they are filling half of lower bowl at the FAU stadium. It is a fun family event for the kids and anyone who lives or is interested in the game. I am always impressed that the the players always take lots of time to sign autographs after the games. Sometimes they can be there for an hour signing the kids' balls, hats, shirts, and even sticks! It certainly makes the kids even more enthusiastic about coming to the games and gives the whole experience a true hometown, warm, "feel good" experience. Perhaps some of our other professional sports teams could learn from that! The Launch has done a better job of marketing this year with ticket packages and youth clinics. Believe it or not you can check out their games and other MLL games on ESPN! If you like what you see, you may want to come and check out a game in person. There are two more games left for the season...and then there is always next year!

My peak Miami HEAT fandom was 2010-2014 during the Big 3 Era that features Miami Legends Dwyane Wade, Lebron James, and Chris Bosh. I used to go to almost all the games and events during that span. It was a fun 4 year stretch as the Miami HEAT was in the NBA Finals for 4 straight years and won 2 Championships. The championship parade at the historic Biscayne Boulevard was awesome, and the championship celebration inside the arena after the parade was great! Miami HEAT players, coaches and personnel were always nice, met most of them and some of the staff were still working there and my friends to this day. Met them again in recent weeks as I went to a couple of HEAT events. The arena is beautiful, nice ocean and city view from the arena and accessible via bus or train, and parking is available inside the arena and plenty of street parking available. A lot of vendors inside the arena selling good food and drinks, and bars too. I always have a great time and have a five star experience and moments whenever I go to a Miami HEAT game or events. Overall, Loan Depot Park is a very nice facility. Lots of detail went into the park and I really enjoyed my times when catching a Marlins game. Not in the most convenient location as mainly a residential area, but parking is easy with a $20 flat rate with the park entrance right as you exit the garage. Total benefit with low attendance as you get to pay a reasonable price for great seats. Best of all, it's an ease to walk about the stadium and enjoy the many outlets serving drinks and food as well as merchandise. Plenty of areas to catch the game from any and all angles which is awesome! We dined at the bullpen bar and grills which fills up quickly with limited seating but offers great views near left field to catch the game while you dine and drink.
