She told me she'd had nanostroke brows done by Mia and happily shared her contact information. Within a week, I was sitting in Mia's chair for a consultation. I was blown away by the consultation. Mia showed me how my natural brows weren't framing my face as well as they could and explained how subtle changes could make such a big difference. Her attention to detail and expertise immediately put me at ease. A few weeks later, I went back for the procedure. It was completely painless thanks to the numbing cream she applied beforehand. The entire appointment took about an hour and 45 minutes, and Mia was meticulous throughout the process. After the procedure, my brows were quite dark, and over the next few days they got even darker--which Mia had prepared me for as part of the healing process. Then, within about two weeks, they softened and faded into the most natural-looking, beautiful brows. I absolutely love them! The biggest compliment came recently when my cousin, whom I hadn't seen in months, immediately commented on how amazing my eyebrows looked--and I wasn't wearing a stitch of makeup. Don't come to this place!!!!! Unfortunately, I feel compelled to leave this review because I do not want others to have the same experience I had. Before my appointment, I clearly requested a very natural-looking nanoblading/shading service. I even brought my own eyebrow pencil to show the exact color I wanted. I also explained that my goal was simply to enhance my brows and open up my eyes while maintaining a natural appearance. The result I received was very different from what I requested. I am unhappy with both the color and the shape of my eyebrows. During the appointment, I expressed my concerns, but I felt rushed and was told that adjustments could be made during the touch-up session. At this time, I feel extremely distressed by the outcome. The brows do not look like me, and I do not feel comfortable with my appearance. I could not even go to work because I felt embarrassed by how they looked. I requested a refund because I do not want additional work done on my eyebrows, but my request was declined. I paid $550 for this service and am now researching removal and correction options, which may cost significantly more money. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place. read more
