So she answer the phone in the office while she is doing my brows, then few students who paid to learn starts showing up and one she just put in a room to watch some videos while the others waiting in front. She was constantly on the phone trying to get help while doing my brows which i told her she is making me nervous and she isnt focus on my brows. she tries to multi task. After my procedure she didnt know how to set up payment, she wanted to take a picture of my credit card and said she will erased it after she charge it she just needed help. I refused and tried helping her set up venmo but her phone kept ringing. I found her on zelle thats how i ended up paying her. i wonder why all her workers left..she bite off more than she can chew...so she isnt quite right so i strongly recommend DO NOT GO TO HER!. My brows ended up being so close together! She scheduled my appt herself, i drove 2 hrs to see her and she is a NO SHOW!...i called and texted her even the day before and the day off but no answer. Cant leave messages cause her voicemail if full or her office hasnt been set up yet. Texts were just ignored. She didnt even call to say she is running late or she isnt going to be there!...The office is close so their website, the written times that they're open are not accurate!...I was so disappointed how unprofessional she is, ive been going to her for years and she use to have people setting up appts, desk people to answer phone, do billings, now she doesnt, thats probably why she is setting appt, herself, she called me herself to schedule and appt and for her to not show up tells me a lot about her unprofessionalism. So students beware!...Hope some of the students who enrolled in her class, will share their experiences on here.

I spoke to Shelby about it extensively in mid 2018, and she was able to give me honest feedback with the state of my eyebrows / surrounding skin. As this was a facial tattoo, I was a bit on the fence about this procedure, but Shelby was so thorough with the information surrounding the process that I felt comfortable enough to proceed. I ended up getting my eyebrows done by Shelby in late 2018, and while I am writing this review retroactively, the current state of my eyebrows definitely do speak for themselves. Fading is expected with micro blading, and while it has been over 4 years since I had it done, the initial structure that Shelby had formed has stayed strong. As I no longer live in the Davis / Sacramento area, I have thought of getting touched up by other folks over the years, but I feel that I may not be able to get the same care and attention (and confidence!) as I did from her work. I plan on making my way up to the Sacramento area soon to get a touch up on the brows and getting my lips blushed - and I trust no one other than Shelby to do a fab job on it! If you are on the fence about getting your eyebrows microbladed, I seriously cannot recommend anyone more. Like lots of other folks, I've read loads of horror stories about botched brows and the like, but proceeding with a talented practitioner such as Shelby seems like the best way to have results you love.
