There just are not enough words to describe how amazing and life changing my surgeries have been…read morewith Dr. Javadi. The first surgery was an emergency, so I had never met nor knew anything about Dr. Javadi for that one, but after that surgery, I learned he was not only incredibly talented but also a likable, calm, and very down to Earth human being. He did an amazing job, and it was not like a regularly scheduled surgery because I had gone to the ER after becoming the sickest I had ever been in my life not knowing I had developed sepsis. I was, quite literally, delirious with pain and fever. It was then that the ER doctors at El Camino Health, all incredible Dr.s too, discovered I needed the emergency surgery. In my delirium, when Dr. Javadi told me what he needed to do, I tried to tell him "no" because I didn't know him or his medical training. Then, he told me if I didn't have the surgery I could die, so of course I consented, and it went perfectly. Prior to getting so sill, I had been searching everywhere (Mayo Clinic in MN, Stanford, Cleveland Clinic) to find the best surgeon, one I could trust to do a complicated surgery for me that could have devastating consequences if not done with precisely the right approach and skill, so when I recovered so well from the emergency surgery that went exactly as I hoped it would, it was like winning the lottery. I had found an amazing surgeon. A few months later, I had a consult appointment with him about the intestinal procedure I needed to have done, and when he finished answering all of my questions, I was 100% certain I had found THE surgeon who had the expertise, would use the cutting edge approach, and could be trusted to do the very best for me. I had zero fear or apprehension about my surgery. In fact, I was so excited to get this procedure done that I asked for the first appointment I could get, and then my family and I literally counted down the days until my surgery day. It's now been 1 full month since Dr. Javadi, used the DaVinci robotic machine to do my procedure, and I have been on cloud nine ever since. I have my life back! In fact, I healed so quickly that I only spent 3 nights in the hospital as opposed to the 7-10 days my insurance expected me to stay for that procedure. To be free of the horrible, painful chronic problem I had is nothing short of life changing. The other excellent surgeons I considered having the surgery with were going to use the standard approach, but Dr. Javadi embraces the new and improved methods that cut the healing time and risk of infection in half or more. So glad I choose to have him do my surgery. I will never be able to thank him enough. Down the road, I may need to have another surgery because my condition cannot be cured, but I now have the solution if/when the problem develops again. If he moved to Antartica, I would go there to have him do the surgery.

I went to go see him originally for a cyst that got infected and didn't go away with the anabiotic's that the ER prescribed some antibiotics, that didn't get rid of the cyst however, they did kill the infection in my bloodstream but when I saw this doctor, he suggested we try another anabiotic, and he wanted to do a procedure on it and it took him over a month to even call in the a second course of antibiotics after multiple messages and phone calls and still no procedure than a couple months later I had abdominal pain so my GP sent me to get an ultrasound where they confirmed it was a hernia and that meant another surgical referral.Dr javadi ordered a CT and we found out it was an inguinal hernia. So I went to see him for the follow up visit. Originally he said if it wasn't causing too much discomfort we should just watch it and see what happens after I told him that it was causing me a fair amount of discomfort he said then yes, we should do the surgery and yet again, I've heard nothing from him and it's been over two months. I send messages and call yet nothing I'm considering asking for a different surgeon. Maybe my case just isn't interesting enough for him or maybe he's overloaded with patients or maybe it's an incompetent assistant, but when even your pharmacist is telling you this is ridiculous That they don't have a procedure date for you there's something wrong

Only after I went to the plastic surgeon did she tell me I went too soon because they didn't test the margins yet. In addition, the surgery left a big ugly dent in my arm. When I called her on it, she took no responsibility. She blamed me as if I was supposed to know and said it was my responsibility. A wonderful dermatological surgeon at Stanford fixed my arm, got out all the cancer cells and fixed the dent in my arm with no graft necessary. I was so pissed I had to finally write this review. We ultimately made the decision based on her beliefs around putting the patient first and how her office does what it can to make a tough situation as smooth an experience as possible. From the first meeting, Dr Singhal put me at ease, explaining the procedure in great depth and answering all my questions. I'm the type of person who wants to know everything and I was surprised at the amount of patience Dr Singhal had for me keeping up her calm demeanor the whole time offsetting my nervousness. The day of the procedure, Dr Singhal spent time with me and my husband before and after the procedure and really kept me at ease as much as possible. I'm so glad I found Dr Singhal and will forever be grateful for the care she offered me in this trying time. I did have a few trying times with her front office and often Monica was able to get involving helps then solve my issues which I am also grateful.

I'm honestly so disappointed to be writing this because my family and I have been loyal patients of…read moreDr. Struck's office for years. Both of my parents had upper eyelid surgery here with great results, and I've referred multiple family friends and cousins who all trusted this office because of our experiences. That's why I felt completely comfortable coming in for lip filler, nose filler, and Botox on August 20 and again on September 6. I spent over $700 and expected the same level of care and quality my family always received, but this time nothing worked. My lip filler dissolved within two weeks, my nose filler completely disappeared, and the Botox never took effect at all. My face looked exactly the same by early October. Because I truly believed in the office, I didn't call right away. I thought maybe it just needed time to settle or perhaps the first round wasn't enough. But when the results never showed, I finally reached out, and that's when the real disappointment started. When I spoke with Lupe (the office manager), she was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She raised her voice, called me "hun" in a condescending tone, and even asked, "Why would you come back if it didn't work?" I calmly explained that I came back because I loved the office and trusted them, but she kept talking over me and insisting that "Botox is instant" and that I should've complained the same day, which is completely false and not something any trained professional would say. I was so shaken by how she spoke to me that I ended the call in tears. Since then, I went to a high-end medical spa for a consultation, and the injector there immediately told me that what I had received from Dr. Struck's office appeared to be heavily diluted product, which would explain why I saw zero results across all three areas. After hearing that, I started talking with other clients and mutuals who've gone here, and I've now heard multiple people share similar experiences about treatments not lasting or working. Unfortunately, it's becoming clear that the product quality is not what it used to be. It's cheap for a reason. I want to be clear this review isn't out of anger but out of genuine disappointment. Dr. Struck himself has always been kind and respected, and my family's experiences with him personally were great. But between the ineffective, diluted treatments and the way I was treated by Lupe, I can't recommend this office anymore. Patients deserve respect and transparency, not watered-down product and hostility when they ask for help.

I've been getting Botox regularly since I was 28 (I'm now 50), so I know what to expect in terms of…read moreboth results and professionalism. After multiple visits here, I've consistently had disappointing and concerning outcomes.(This was my second time with Dr. Struck). As I waited over an hour for a simple Botox app I read the reviews and focused on the 1 star reviews. I was planning on leaving after reading them and not taking the risk ........and so wish I did. First, the results were uneven--my right eye now appears smaller than my left, which has been upsetting enough that I didn't even want to take photos for my 50th birthday. Ironically, the only area that seemed heavily affected was above my eyes, the one area I specifically asked not to be overtreated because I don't like that heavy look or making me look like I have hooded eyes. In addition, the Botox only lasted about 5-6 weeks on three separate occasions, which is far shorter than what's typical for me. Based on my experience (and echoing other reviews), I genuinely question whether the product is being overly diluted and I'm pretty sure it is, 100 percent. The overall experience also felt rushed and lacked basic professionalism. There was no proper cleaning of the injection areas, and instead of repositioning appropriately, the doctor leaned over awkwardly while injecting, which didn't inspire confidence he just kept poking and not even looking at my face or telling me to "make an angry face", like majority of professionals do. It was honestly so alarming. I also received lip filler during one visit, which faded in about 4 weeks--far shorter than when I have had it before lasting up to 6 months. I am so upset that I even wasted all that money as I had to go and spend it all over again, but this time with a well know clinic. I have also heard so many negative things from both him and just the office in general; wish I had heard the prior to going there. Again read the lower reviews and you will be glad you did. After spending around $500, I ended up going elsewhere for a consultation, where the MD told me it didn't even look like I had Botox in most areas Dr struck said he did. The only small silver lining is that the uneven Botox didn't last the full 3 months--but unfortunately, I'm still dealing with asymmetry in my eyes. Bottom line: save your money. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. There are so many other good Med Spas and their reasoning for why it's cheaper(because I asked) I was told it's because we have an office in Morgan Hill and if we charged Atherton prices everyone would just go to Morgan Hill). That scenario I guess made sense to me the first time I went there but honestly it's because they are diluting the product.
