Our son-in-law & daughter originally made contact with Mia Construction Services 2 1/2 years ago to do a makeover of a house they had just purchased. The work was excellent so when it was our turn to upgrade the interior of our home, we called Mia Construction Services. From the beginning, Yaniv and Natalie were the ultimate professionals who, at the same time, were very warm and friendly. Our job was basically a complete home "re-do". The entire inside of our house was painted, recessed lighting and ceiling fans installed, laminate/tile/carpet flooring put in, granite counter tops installed in the kitchen, bathroom fixtures and lights replaced, kitchen fixture and lights replaced, all door handles replaced,bathroom and kitchen renovation, light switches upgraded, banisters painted....and I could go on and on however, the above gives you a flavor of the extent of the work. The crew was exceptional, each and every member was a delight. They arrived on time, always walked in with a smile, worked hard, cleaned up as they went, were more than willing to help us with little things that needed doing but that we had not thought of at the beginning. Each was an artist in his own way, meticulous in electrical, laying tile, laminate, painting etc. If an issue arose, Yaniv would find a solution. He is sharp, knowledgeable, and hugely experienced. Yaniv's crew holds them in very high regard...they took pride in their work and being a part of the company. The house renovation took 6 weeks. It was fascinating watching our home go from tired and dated to new and vital! For almost 15 years my wife & I, have wanted to totally upgrade & remodel our very out dated master bathroom and living room, we new 2 things it was going to cost a lot and be very big project, like every one, we did not know who to get. we consulted friends, we went through many trade magazines, we settled on checking 3 companies that showed good advertising & called the 1st 2 we found that the 1st was poor customer service & even quoted ball park high prices and unrealistic time frames to do the work the other was better but not reliable in initial follow up, then priced the work much to high. the last & BEST by far was MIA Construction the company we settled on, Yani is the owner and overseas the project from start to finish, he was very confident & reassuring from beginning to end, he took us to various wholesale tile & bathroom places to choose what we wanted, gave us a firm estimate & kept to it, the 1st was our bathroom. We have just finished the renovation of our two bathrooms, room addition for my new baby and kitchen renovation with Mia Construction. We are very happy with the result and the process itself. The bathrooms and kitchen look gorgeous and the room addition is exactly what I wanted, Keep in mind I just delivered a new born and it was important for us that the project would be finished within the time line.
