You see, most people would stop there. The thing is, Avanti also brings to the table the good old handshake promise of craftsmanship as well as commitment to a job where the client is happy. They truly made the ideas in my head come to fruition. The wall-to-wall, ceiling-to-floor wardrobe they designed for our small Miami Beach apartment, opened a whole new world when it came to space-saving and just adding class to our room. My entire family absolutely adores the extra space that they have for their personal effects. I am amazed at the spaciousness of the drawers that allows me (and our girls) to keep them organized, not having stuff everywhere. Roger was truly amazing throughout the entire process (even after full-payment). Never once did I have an issue getting ahold of him. He did everything he said he would do, and when I would call him with a new idea, he would implement it without complaint. Roger truly goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone is satisfied and the work is absolutely perfect! In fact, there was an issue with the floor not being laid properly which created a big headache in getting the wardrobe to line up straight. Roger and his crew had to spend additional days and money to make sure it all looked perfect to their standards at no extra charge to us. My husband and I were blown away by his kindness and professionalism. He truly takes great pride in the work he does. Thank you so much, Roger & Team. I will definitely be in touch with my next project once I dream it. But for now, we will all be enjoying this amazing wardrobe you designed and built for us.

I told him I was here last week "oh yeah I remember you you came with your wife" no, I came solo. They have beautiful kitchen and an array of cabinets and fixtures. Came back a week later to follow up on one of the kitchens I was interested in purchasing. I guess there was only one other guy working on a Saturday who could answer any of my questions and he was occupied with another customer. No idea how long I would've been waiting there. I didn't have much time to waste. (Not their fault) My impression was that they weren't interested in doing business with me ‍ I started walking around the showroom and as I look at one kitchen the older gentleman tells me "that's Canadian" ... ok so I think to myself...not sure what that means...does that = better quality...was he telling me that because he thinks I can't afford it? I'm not sure. I wasn't given an other explanation as he walks away. Kitchens are big investments and I would've expected better customer service. Needless to say I didn't wait around to see how the rest of my experience would've been. I didn't have much time to waste. I can't comment on the pricing. Either way go check them out. It's a nice showroom by the Falls. Hopefully you have a better experience. They are one of the higher rated local kitchen and bath places. That would have been nice to know when I was told to wait for a designer. I am an understanding person but would like to be informed of the process. The gentleman at the front who handles walk-ins must have been attending a person over the phone (although he was not on the phone at the time of my walk-in). I would be glad to set up an appointment with you to see what YKB truly offers.

Completely ghosted me (both calls and text messages). In fact I thought perhaps he simply went out of business until I saw their truck recently leaving a shopping plaza around my work. Rasin came in and immediately put me at ease - offering his expert advice but ultimately making sure I got what I wanted. We exchanged renderings and notes for one day and that was the extent of the design process. Installation was quick and simple and it was exactly what I wanted! Keep in mind I did have to have an electrician involved to get the lights, tv and integrated fireplace all installed but he was very clear about that up front. I would absolutely recommend Rasin and plan to use him again in the near future!
