Jorge brought us a substandard insert he made, and clearly did not understand nor comprehend what we were looking to do with it. His work was of poor quality, and the look was shabby as he used ugly brass clasps. We worked with him by explaining more of what we were looking to accomplish. We also paid him $800.00 to begin the work on the first insert. After seeing the work, I definitely was not going to pay another $800.00 for the second piece for the second table. Conveniently, because Jorge sensed we were unhappy with his work, he began making excuses that he was out of the country, had ill relatives, and such. He then stopped answering our phone calls, text messages, and did not return voice messages. I had to physically locate his residence which is where his business is supposedly located in order to have a conversation. He opened his front door without a shirt and in his boxers. He looked very disheveled at 2:00p in the afternoon. I asked him to come and pick up his merchandise from our store, and that we would want a refund. He told me he had no money for me, but might have some in a few days after I told him I would take him to small claims court. The next day, he called and told me to take him to court because he wasn't going to fix the problem he created. Stay away from this guy as he is a fraud!!

Eddie did remove some of the spots 5 weeks later, but left numerous grout stains on the floor. While the installation was completed by him in 8 days, it took him 2 months to get some of the issues corrected. I had to hire a company to professionally clean the floor, as he wouldn't take the time to do the job right. He is inexperienced and doesn't have respect for your property. His cigarette butts were thrown in the yard, the AC was turned down with the doors openand I even found thin set in 2 of my kitchen drawers. I definitely would not recommend this business!

I've dealt with many contractors over the years but Jaime and his group of guys were always respectable and kind in my home, always with a smile , on time , caring , clean and easy to communicate when I needed. They always showed up on time and finished the job even well before I imagined.I had a beautiful wall of large tiles put together so seamlessly that you can not even tell their is a grout line! Perfection. I am very happy and glad to have met Jaime as in the near future I'm going to ask him to install a floor for me because his work proved to me that they are excellent. My problem with this project is the tile installation. We bought tile for the whole condo and the plan was to tile the kitchen now and do the rest of the condo later. We live on the 2nd floor and we specifically asked about sound proofing. Before we signed the contract he assured us that all the necessary sound proofing would be installed. Weeks after the installation we found tile that sounded hallow and some were uneven. Months later the new tile installer pulled up the tile from the kitchen and discovered they tiled over the laminate (the second layer of laminate since the previous owner had two layers). While I'm told this isn't uncommon, we were never given a choice in the matter. Had we known, we would have preferred to have all the laminate removed since it voids the warranty on the tile. When I called Bruce about the issue he claimed he didn't remember and there were no concessions offered. If I had to do it all over again I would have went with someone else because I really don't know what other short cuts could give me trouble down the road.

He quoted us a high price for a new kitchen cabinet, then lowered it as much as $10,000 only if we signed a deal on the spot, if not then the price would go up $3,000. His approach reminded us of a timeshare salesperson, walking away a couple of times telling us he was going to call the owner to try to get us a better deal. He did not want to take the time to design us a kitchen cabinet, he just wanted to sell and not waste his time. The bottom line is he was very unpleasant to work with. I would not consider this company again. We ended up hiring a true professional who was willing to spend time with us and show us a great design and excellent quality at a great price.
