I am not sure about some of the bad reviews below by residents of California. Armadi, who just delivered and installed my closets, has offices in Miami, FL. A different company maybe? I, for one, am a happy camper. From start to finish Armadi took care of me. It was a lengthy process from design, measuring, production to installation. But it all worked out wonderfully. Throughout, I was kept informed. I was also warned about potential misconceptions and unexpected issues. Evi, who I dealt with for initial consultation, design and measurements was my go-to contact. She kept me abreast of developments and walked me through the payment process. Evi also did and redid measurements numerous times in order to prevent setbacks. She even warned me once that some of the shelves would be produced in a different manner so as to avoid later surprises. At installation time, when an issue arose regarding handles, the company (Miguel?) came forth and redid AT THEIR COST all 27 faces for all of the drawers just to accommodate my wishes to use specific pulls that I had purchased on my own and would not fit holes made on the original faces. And they did this in 3 days, no-questions-asked! Talk about great customer service. During installation, I met William and Lindey who went to great lengths to make sure installation was perfect and to my satisfaction. Armadi is a large operation with many departments, teams of installers, dozens of delivery trucks and a myriad of customers (with much bigger closets than mine). So... trust the process. I am now the proud owner of a little piece of their showroom. In my master bedroom, I purposely left the walking closets without doors just so that I could look at the furniture inside each time I walk by. I made an appointment with Armadi Closets today. No one confirmed the appointment and they were a no show. I called their 888 phone number and the person who answer had NO IDEA what I was talking about. They have no appointment book so they couldn't not tell me IF, WHEN or WHERE they had an appointment. My size 6 shoes are buried inside a shoe rack that is 16" deep. Alas, I gave up at least a foot of hanger space to have shoes that are hidden inside shelves. All you see is a lot of unused space on the shoe rack and clothing squashed on racks. read more

I came to Armadi because I needed to restore my closets and make a few changes to my kitchen cabinets as well, my friend recommended me to go there since he had done similar things with them that I needed. As soon as I got there ,Daniel, which is the owner of Armadi received me and showed me their very impressive showroom that actually changed the ideas I initially had In mind for the better. He was also nice enough to show me where the production is made in the warehouse part which I thought was pretty cool. They have a very extensive choice of modern colors with the right European styles. I'm overall very satisfied with them, my closets and kitchen have never looked better !! read more

We bought Armadi closets several years ago. They did a classic bait and switch. We chose organizers that cost $17,000.00. What we got when the closets were installed was Home Depot quality. The drawers fell apart. The shelves were not level. WE SUED THE COMPANY AND WON OUR CASE. BUT THE COMPANY HAS A TANGLED WEB OF DUMMY COMPANIES AND OWNERSHIP. I had Armadi closets built in 7 closets in my house, which included two large walk-in master closets. They look amazing and the quality is great. I had some design issues with a few of the closets after they were installed. Daniel, the owner, came to my house on a few occasions, made recommendations on how to address my concerns and revised the installation at no cost to me. He said customer service and satisfaction were the important thing to his company and he proved it. read more

This company did the classic bait and switch with us. We paid for their higher end product and when it was installed the quality was 1 step above cardboard. We sued them under the consumers fraud act and won, although we have not seen a cent of the money awarded us. Stay away from this very deceitful company! read more

They have an amazing showroom with as many options in design, finishes and accessories as anyone can want, it is really hard to make up one's mind amongst so many great choices. I called Armadi Closets because of the good reviews I read on Yelp. What a big mistake!!! Worst experience and worst customer service ever. When I called I spoke with a sales person called Karina. I told her that I needed to change all the closet doors of my house and also I needed to have my kitchen redone. I also told her that I had a tight schedule so I didn't have a lot of available time to meet. We then agreed for a day and a time that Karina was supposed to come to my house to take a look at what needed to be done and give me an estimate. Well... I took some time off at work to meet with Karina and she never showed up. I called her several times even on her cell phone and she never answered nor returned my calls. How can any company do any kind of business with this kind of customer service? They obviously didn't need the several thousands of dollars I would have given to them. Karina, if you are one of the owners of Armadi Closets, shame on you for how you treat your customers. Your company deserves to go out if business. If Karina is just a sales person, this is my advice to the owners of Armadi Closets: get rid of her. She will take your company down the drain. Good luck !!! read more

It was a pleasure to do business with the people at Armadi. Right from the first time we walked into their beautiful showroom we were impressed with their many beautiful products and warm and friendly service. It only got better from there. The salesman/designer who helped us plan all our closets and doors worked out our every need right down to the last detail. He had many great suggestions and solutions to difficult storage problems. The installation was completed on time and extremely professionally. The installers took great care and pride in their work. I have recommended Armadi to my friends and in each case they were equally delighted with the results of Armadi's product, workmanship and service. What more could anyone ask!!!
