I'm a TOTAL novice at using caterers and probably asked quite stupid questions. I certainly needed a lot of hand-holding along the way. I found them more responsive by phone and text communication than by email. Regardless, they adjusted our order to exactly what I wanted and we only had 25 people in attendance. I was hoping they'd be able to set up in our backyard, but the cart couldn't fit through our gate, so driveway it was. They made it look so nice and official that some of our neighbors came by, wanting to buy tacos! The smells wafting around the neighborhood were great. We had a lot of kids in attendance and so they made quesadillas an option.
