First and foremost - the man himself - Dom - the owner who is a retired Marine ( my Brother, Semper Fi) and his love, his care and his imprint are evident all over this establishment - from the impeccable, well organized and super neat and inviting interior to the entire team that echoes with his love and service to the delicious food.
