It's also my family's go to place for our weekly cold cuts we keep in the fridge! Best around! They also have delicious and strong hot and iced coffee. They also have a wide variety of side salads, and although I'm not big on most of them, I can say I'm a huge fan of the tortellini salad, its delicious! The service is awesome and the entire staff is so friendly and they try to get to know everyone that comes in! Just your perfect definition of friendly neighborhood deli! I used to add the bacon. My friends and I frequently bought sandwiches, drinks, and dutchmasters late at night. So the manager at the time was very friendly with us. There were other sandwiches like an "Ed Special" and so on.. The name Bindy derives from my last name which sounds like bindy. So when i walked in the store they used to shout bindyyyyy. One night they were redoing the signs with the names of the sandwiches and fate have you we were there. So the manager asked if i wanted to name a sandwich and we agreed on Bindy Special. I always wanted lettuce on that sandwich. It was meant to have lettuce but i forgot to tell him when he was writing the sign which was just written on a paper plate and scotch taped to the deli glass at the time.
