Our meal was estimated to be ready 25 min after placing the order. The restaurant was easy to locate and offered ample parking. When I arrived the restaurant seemed fairly empty. I walked over to the employee at the cash register near the front and she completely ignored me. Soon a different employee walked over to greet me. He was friendly and checked on my order right away. He said it would be ready in 2 minutes. It was actually ready 15 minutes after the estimated time. We were quite hungry at this time and did not check the order. Although we ordered 2 entrees and queso, one very small bag of chips was provided. We were shocked since typically Mexican restaurants provide more than enough chips. I ordered the camerones tropical without bacon. It didn't have bacon, but it was also missing the pineapple and had cheese on it. Surprising it was bland. I absolutely love Mi Ranch. The staff is wonderful, and they provide excellent service. I love that the provide karaoke on the weekends. My go to dish is always ACP. By far theirs is the absolutely best. I love that they add roasted vegetables to their chicken, they use plenty of cheese and the rice is amazing as well. Even when I order this to go and don't eat it until the next day it warms up great and the flavors are still amazing. A big shout out to Mi Rancho and their amazing staff and chefs!!! read more

We ordered grilled steak tacos, a carnita plate, birria tacos and oddly enough, mozzarella sticks and everything was very very good. The tacos were flavorful and so filling. The mozzarella sticks were also so good! Only thing that fell flat was the fries but that's nothing to hold against them. Fantastic Mexican food! We got the Mi Rancho Especial for 14 bucks and the Arroz Con Pollo for 12 bucks. The price is fair for the quantity you get. The serving size was huge and we had plenty of leftovers to box up and take home. The compilentary chips and green & red salsa were also great giving a good kick. The Mi Rancho Especial was a good sampler platter consisting of six of the most common items in Mexican cuisine: tamale, chile relleno, chalupa, taco, burrito, enchilada. I particularly loved the Arroz Con Pollo - succulent pieces of grilled chicken and veggies served over a bed rice and topped over with their delicious cheese sauce. It was oh so savory and flavorful. Lots of chicken and it was perfectly distributed through the salad. They even give you a bag of chips and a little tub of salsa with your togo order! Sweet! I've had many different dishes here, the grilled chicken tacos are really tasty too. If you're in the mood for a big feed, get some fajitas! We have come here as a big family group, for small gatherings too. They are even tolerant of the "littles". The margaritas are definitely worth a try as well. There is ceramic tile flooring throughout and new tables. There was even a nice meeting room. There could be attention given to the televisions. We were given both red and green salsa, which I appreciated, being one that prefers things a notch spicier. The guacamole was okay but not as good as I'm used to from some of the other local places. I ordered the chili rellenos, which seems to be a dish I can't get more than one restaurant to perfect. Unfortunately it is not this one. This dish was plated fine and looked edible enough. This USED to be my favorite place to eat but over the past year they have gone down hill quickly. I hadn't eaten there in a couple of months hoping that they would work out whatever kinks they had but I went this weekend for the last time ever. They brought me the wrong dish twice and by the time I got the correct dish it still was not prepared correctly but everyone I was with was already done eating so I gave up on getting what I ordered and ate it. There was also some hard foreign object in my food and when I showed it to the manager he did not seem to care. They have a sanitation rating of 91 and that is after 2 re-inspections giving them chances to fix the problem! One of the problems was MOLD in the ICE MACHINE!
