She forgot multiple things and when we got our bills, they were already taxed but then everyone's bill went up 10% more when we got the receipt to sign. While driving through the area we ordered takeout online. Online ordering was quick and easy. It seemed pricy so I hoped the food was worth it. Our meal was estimated to be ready 25 min after placing the order. The restaurant was easy to locate and offered ample parking. When I arrived the restaurant seemed fairly empty. I walked over to the employee at the cash register near the front and she completely ignored me. Soon a different employee walked over to greet me. He was friendly and checked on my order right away. He said it would be ready in 2 minutes. It was actually ready 15 minutes after the estimated time. We were quite hungry at this time and did not check the order. Although we ordered 2 entrees and queso, one very small bag of chips was provided. We were shocked since typically Mexican restaurants provide more than enough chips. I ordered the camerones tropical without bacon. It didn't have bacon, but it was also missing the pineapple and had cheese on it. Surprising it was bland. I absolutely love Mi Ranch. The staff is wonderful, and they provide excellent service. I love that the provide karaoke on the weekends. My go to dish is always ACP. By far theirs is the absolutely best. I love that they add roasted vegetables to their chicken, they use plenty of cheese and the rice is amazing as well. Even when I order this to go and don't eat it until the next day it warms up great and the flavors are still amazing. A big shout out to Mi Rancho and their amazing staff and chefs!!! read more

We ordered grilled steak tacos, a carnita plate, birria tacos and oddly enough, mozzarella sticks and everything was very very good. The tacos were flavorful and so filling. The mozzarella sticks were also so good! Only thing that fell flat was the fries but that's nothing to hold against them. Fantastic Mexican food! We got the Mi Rancho Especial for 14 bucks and the Arroz Con Pollo for 12 bucks. The price is fair for the quantity you get. The serving size was huge and we had plenty of leftovers to box up and take home. The compilentary chips and green & red salsa were also great giving a good kick. The Mi Rancho Especial was a good sampler platter consisting of six of the most common items in Mexican cuisine: tamale, chile relleno, chalupa, taco, burrito, enchilada. I particularly loved the Arroz Con Pollo - succulent pieces of grilled chicken and veggies served over a bed rice and topped over with their delicious cheese sauce. It was oh so savory and flavorful. I live nearby and have been to this place many times. I am finally doing a review today because I just had a really good chicken taco salad. Every thing was just right. Lots of chicken and it was perfectly distributed through the salad. They even give you a bag of chips and a little tub of salsa with your togo order! Sweet! I've had many different dishes here, the grilled chicken tacos are really tasty too. If you're in the mood for a big feed, get some fajitas! We have come here as a big family group, for small gatherings too. They are even tolerant of the "littles". The margaritas are definitely worth a try as well. We love this place! We eat here once a week and never get tired of it. There's the typical favorites for gringos but there's an equally impressive number of traditional favorites. One personal favorite is the Chile Verde (pork tips in verde sauce) but be careful of the Chile Colorado version (red chili) because it's got a kick. I had heard how great the food was here. My son and his college roommates spoke very highly of it. Today I had time to try it, the service was on par and the food looked delicious. Only problem was that I ordered my meal without mushrooms and you guessed it, they served it to me mushrooms and all. While others have mentioned lacking service, our experiences have always been outstanding with all waiters and waitresses. So the low rating had me worried, but the food and service were good. This is a building that over the past ten years has been many restaurants as noted by other reviewers. The inside is nice and clean. The restroom was clean and well stocked. The food is standard Mexican American fare. What stood out for me was the ability to handle our large group and the salsa. They provided both red and green salsa. The salsa verde really stood out. The barrier that kept this from being five stars is that of language. Our waitress was primarily Spanish speaking and we were primarily English speaking. So, this led to some creative gesturing and mistaken orders. I was looking for a place with tableside guacamole. I found them and hadn't tried them since they changed names, so I gave it a try. We arrived shortly after 5 pm. We were literally the only patrons there. I started wondering what was wrong with the place but decided to give it a shot. The outside is not very appealing, but once you get inside it's nice. There is ceramic tile flooring throughout and new tables. There was even a nice meeting room. There could be attention given to the televisions. The dish hookup and all the wires are exposed and a little tacky. The server was very attentive and took our orders quickly. We were given both red and green salsa, which I appreciated, being one that prefers things a notch spicier. The guacamole was okay but not as good as I'm used to from some of the other local places. I ordered the chili rellenos, which seems to be a dish I can't get more than one restaurant to perfect. Unfortunately it is not this one. This dish was plated fine and looked edible enough. This USED to be my favorite place to eat but over the past year they have gone down hill quickly. I hadn't eaten there in a couple of months hoping that they would work out whatever kinks they had but I went this weekend for the last time ever. They brought me the wrong dish twice and by the time I got the correct dish it still was not prepared correctly but everyone I was with was already done eating so I gave up on getting what I ordered and ate it. There was also some hard foreign object in my food and when I showed it to the manager he did not seem to care.
