It was OK. The first time I went I was excited having worked in Mexican food and having it so much in CA. I like the carnitas and the tea was great. A week later I went back with my hubby and the service and food did not taste the same. The wait staff all seemed preoccupied and huddled in the back. Everything I ordered did not make it to the table, I had to ask for things more than once. It was just OK. Good prices and really good beans, though. Overall it was OK, but I think I am going to try out some other Mexican food places. read more

I'm giving this restaurant a one star because my husband did like his burrito. Otherwise I would give it no stars. Service was very slow. We had four adults and two children in our party. Everyone received their food at the same time but me. I received mine about 5-7 minutes after everyone else. When I finally did receive my food , after my husband asked about it, the steak in the burrito was burnt, very hard. There was no apology or discount. They were filming a commercial that night and were more focused on that then their customers. The waiter was not even looking at us when he took our order, he was watching the filming of the commercial. We will NOT be going there again. read more

Pitiful... I went for a family dinner and entertainment as they has karaoke ( it was a Friday night) I look my 3 young children (all under 10) my aunt, uncle, and wanted to enjoy a little time out. The patio was PACKED , service was slow and got orders wrong, and then the entertainment was APPALLING! in front of families and children they were playing music about "birthday sex" and making references as to what they would be doing on their birthdays! it was disgusting! This place is so good! I'm from Texas where the Mexican food/Tex Mex is no joke, and this place is the closest to home I've gotten since moving to Georgia. I always get the carne asada tacos and the meat is so flavorful just by itself, but the hot salsa it comes with makes it even better. The salsa served with chips is really good and so is the white queso, which is something I'm also getting used to. I've tried other white queso since moving here, and it's been bland and way too runny, but Mi Rancho's is the best I've tasted here yet. I'm a regular and I will continue to be until I move back to Texas! read more

I ordered chicken enchiladas and fiancé ordered carne asada tacos. We both thought the food had a lack of flavor. There wasn't enough sauce on my enchiladas and the cheese didn't seem to be queso fresco which seemed to have a plastic consistency. The shredded chicken was dry and not seasoned. Did not care for the salsa it did not have a good flavor and didn't taste fresh. Refried beans had no flavor. Doesn't look like they make their own tortillas either. Looks clean on the inside but what a huge letdown. read more

Wife and mother-in-law went here for lunch and had, their words, the worst service they have experienced. They ordered and had to be asked what they ordered twice before the order was delivered. I asked to have 3 soft tacos ordered for me to go. when they got home I opened the tacos and found an extremely lack luster product devoid of taste and very little chicken in the tacos. Horrible service, burnt tortilla chips and they managed to burn nachos. The waitress never checked on our table and when she brought the ticket she placed it on the table as she walked by, again not checking if we needed anything. Took a late lunch, around 2:30 pm. Walked in, the waiter was on his cell phone. He told me to sit any where, still on the phone. Came over to the booth, still on the phone, asked me what I wanted to drink. I told him. He then brought the menu, chips and drink still on the cell phone. He brought me my order - still on the cell phone when he placed it on the table. Latin music from the kitchen was really loud. I never did get my bill so I walked up to the register. The waiter was at the booth closest to the register and was texting on his cell phone. I told him that when I came in the next time and he gave his attention to me as a customer and stayed off of the phone that then and only then would I give him a tip. read more

I eat no gluten, so I can't eat burritos or quesadillas, the only things I would order here. Instead, today I ordered a chicken taco salad in a bowl, wanting to cut calories. It came as lettuce with chopped tomatoes on one side, a large serving of sour cream on another, a serving of guacamole on the third and nothing I could see on the fourth side. I took the sour cream off and starting eating. I hit liquid. The whole bottom half of the bowl was full of liquid. If there were beans, they were so full of liquid, I couldn't tell they were beans. I found some large pieces of chicken in the liquid. I called the waitress over and showed her the liquid, and she said the chicken had liquid in it. Since I had no desire to eat a salad full of liquid, I asked for nachos supreme, instead. Remember I can only eat corn chips, nothing with flour tacos. The nachos came. After eating a few chips, I realized the bottom of the plate, once again, was wet. This was not like any nachos I have ever had before. It was their taco salad put on chips. The chips on the bottom got so soggy, that after I ate the few on the edges, I ate the rest of the soft nachos with a fork. Once again, I never saw refried beans, so maybe the beans were just cooked in liquid. And by the way, there was no cheese that I saw. Never again. read more

I would NOT reccomend this place to anyone after the past few weeks. The owner is a horrible customer service example. She lets her kids run around and cause problems. They are extremely rude and over charge for simple things like WATER...last time I checked WATER Is free at any other place. I have also witnessed her kids taking shots of beer and tequila with the adults. When I ask "what in the world are you thinking?" They simply state "that is how mexicans live" Ummm NOT!!! We brought a coupon to Mi Rancho that stated that we would get a menu item free of equal or lesser value when we purchase an entree. So my husband and I were going to both get fajitas. The manager refused the coupon. He said we could use it on one of the kids' burritos. We tried over and over to explain the coupon to him and he kept refusing. So we walked out. We hadn't ordered yet, and we knew that he could've honored it bc we were using it correctly. He just wanted to be cheap. We usually go to Azteca Maya, and that's exactly where we went. We didn't have a coupon, but it's the principle of it all. We paid almost $50 there, and I'd rather take my business there from now on. read more
