After trying on several pairs of snow worthy boots at DSW my tween daughter and began to become discouraged. It seems her toe box is too wide although the length is fine for the small women's size shoes she has begun to wear this past year. We almost left. Enters sales associate, MARIA who with her great knowledge and expertise asked my daughter a series of questions, did some quick thinking and suggested a few styles that might work. Not only did we find the perfect fit, but my daughter found a color that she actually liked better (not easy for the self conscious almost-teen!) Thank you Maria for making our 30 minute commute in the snow storm worthwhile!!! AND we saved $30 (plus $20 pre-BLACK Friday coupon for later).

Picked up Cole Haan dress shoes since the one by my house was out. I needed a big shoe size and they had some spares. They saved it for us to pick up by tomorrow. Arrows down each row. Social distancing at checkout. Downside is there's only one person at the checkout counter. There's two groups in front of us. One more would make things go faster. In and out in 5-7 minutes, not too bad, in the end. Service is quick here.

Then, when I asked about the sale for a couple bags which had sale signs above the bags, she told me they weren't on sale and that there was nothing she could do. I went to the Ann Arbor DSW and the bag was on sale. So, I knew I was correct but didn't cause them any trouble because I'm a good person. Unfortunately, since the terrible customer service and respect for their own co-workers, I will never return. That was my first time at that location. Not very smart of them as their job in retail is ending as these kinds of stores are closing because everyone is shopping online. I would suggest to have better customer service even if you don't like who the customers are because we are paying customers that keep you having a job!

I'm 5'6 so I'm a medium at most and that's what I ordered. When it arrived it was a XXL and thought the brand shipped the wrong item and they'll make it right. Sent an email explaining the issue, they asked for an order number, gave it to them. They must have figured out yes it was their fault, and now have ignored my follow ups. Super disappointed and not a trustworthy business. Will be dealing this with my bank and the Better Business Bureau). If they fixed the issue they have a sweater back at least, now chase will just refund the money and they don't get the sweater back. Sometimes it's just better to do good business and what is right.

If they were upfront and notified me about the incomplete order and the missing boxes and accessories, I would have obviously just cancelled the order and order from somewhere else but they shipped out the botched package anyways. I contacted them and they assured me they would look for the 3rd pair or "take care of me" for the issues. After some more back and forth, their only resolution was for me to ship the shoes back to them but they refuse to refund the original cost of shipping the shoes to me even though they botched the whole entire thing. So they wasted all my time and won't even refund the original cost of shipping i paid to have the order sent to me even though they messed it up.
