    Kyiochi ramen

Today was their grand opening, so there are a lot of things to think about as a business owner. The store? It is beautifully decorated. You go to the counter and order, and then you pick up farther down the counter when they call your number (think like Freddy's). The staff seemed nice, but as another poster pointed out, no one seemed to be in a hurry of any sorts. We came in and placed out food order by 312pm, we did not get our ramen till 2.5 hours later. Oddly there was an hour where NO ONE dining in was eating.. because they were not served. Take out orders were flying out the door. We saw several parties asl for a refund and even more just come in and turn around and leave. It seemed they wont stop taking online orders but are not really stressed for in house customers. Their menu is absolutely loaded with variety, which I appreciate, but apparently they are not accurate. All my drinks had no boba, but apparently they do not come with any despite being described as "with chewy boba". The table next to us got an "extra" ramen they didnt order and said it was a ramen on the menu that the waiter said was a "dry" ramen despite the description saying "infused broth" ramen.... Ramen was... just ok. The fried chicken on the ramen had no seaaoning. The amount served for the price asked teetered on being over priced. We eaten at a lot of ramen places for comparable pricing and have been presented with a deeper richer flavor. There was no sauces on the table or anywhere to allow us to doctor the soup. My son said my curry from home taste way better than ehat was here.. that it was just ok. Likely never to return just from this experience. They were not even willing to add boba to our drinks after admitting that is misleading... wven after 2+ hours of waiting

Our family would recommend giving this place a try. We were wary because of the early reviews, but the food was great. The dumplings were homemade and fresh. The ramen broth was flavorful, and the eggs were jammy. We ordered carry out, but the restaurant was clean and seemed like a nice place to eat

Waited over 2 hours for our food (party of 4) and they forgot my food! It was an hour and a half of sitting there before ANY food left the kitchen......so other customers were waiting as we were. When we finally got our food, my husbands beef salad was $17 and fit on a dessert sized plate. Our ramen was in undersized bowls for ramen. It was a creamy fatty/rich base and not at all palatable. Bottom line: Grossly over priced and not worth the wait as it was not good ramen. A man sat at a table behind us taking up the whole table with his laptop (he got up and walked into the kitchen a few times so he had ties to the restaurant). Not once did he offer for people to sit there as people were standing everywhere, because tables were filled. Not one person apologized (except for the girl making the drinks) for the unacceptable wait. That spoke volumes to us! There was zero care for our business. We won't be back!

Better than ramen I've had in San Francisco, Atlanta, Chicago or Dallas. The chili oil or sashuan oil is not as hot as I thought. Easy to eat, even if you can't tolerate much spice. Staff was super amazing. Shout out to the guy behind the bar. Rockin' beard and rockin' attitude. Easy 30-minute drive from Beaver Creek, Wright-Pat area, but so worth it.

I wasn't as surprised this time by the location in a neighborhood, something that gives it a very welcome feel and suggests with the addition of a covered outdoor porch with picnic tables that this is a good neighborhood hang. I was late for lunch, almost two but there were some folks still finishing up. Good vibe, good music and casual atmosphere. I opted for the Takoyaki app which was tasty and not so burning hot that it scorched the roof of your mouth. Also the right amount of mayonnaise as opposed to often an excess. The Ramen Flight was fun in principle but I wouldn't do it again. I unwisely and perhaps naively assumed there would be mini versions of the full serving of Tonkotsu broth with Mayo, Thai curry and Szechuan with scallions. But it really is just the broth and ramen. Expected the Szechuan to have some heat and peppery lip buzz but did not. The Thai curry was super salty. Just missed some option of veggies and protein. Finally I would suggest not sitting near the front near the stairs to the kitchen. The spot has competing music soundtracks with two different play lists battling between your two ears.

I haven't eaten all day so I got the fried dumplings, veggie croquettes, and the BBQ pork ramen. The fried dumplings came out first. Very crispy and good. Dipping sauce was thicker than usual but I liked it a lot. The veggie croquettes were just mashed potato in panko breading. It was also very good and the dipping sauce perfect complement. Then came the ramen. Very porky. Broth, smell too. Kinda took me by surprise. Pork was good. Broth was ok. The noodles were good. Veggies were ok in it. Overall I liked my food and the experience. I can't really complain. I got what I ordered. It was made fresh and fast, tasted good. It's a place that you order at the counter and then sit down or take out. It's got about 10 tables. Big mural on the wall. Clean. Guy at the counter was nice. All in all it was good.

There was a steady stream of people coming in to order takeout or pickup their orders. We chose to eat in. Service and food were great. I love it when a place can really do a good job of offering vegetarian options! My only caveat is that they charged a dollar for tap water. We opted to buying a beverage instead but other than that would come back again!

It's a small unassuming building with fairly limited seating, but just enough for those in the know! Service was quick and super friendly despite them having a busy day, just remember to pay at the register when you are done. The fish dishes are super popular because they were out of them when we went, so that's next on our list to try!

I honestly don't know how I haven't review this restaurant yet!…read more The food is great, it's one of the few dedicated Korean spots in the area. I have tried quite a few things on the menu, and my top two are the ojingeo-bokkeum (stir fried spicy squid) and japchae (stir fried noodles made from sweet potato starch). They are both consistently delicious. I like that they will make things actually spicy if you want it that way. Too many places will tone down the spice level when I order it as a 4-5/5. The banchan is always good too! I have tried to make the cheonsachae (kelp salad) at home, but it just doesn't taste the same. I could eat my weight in that stuff! The restaurant itself isn't much to look at, it's a bit old and run down, but always seems clean. I have never used their bathroom, which is located around the back of the building. My husband uses it every time we go and he's never complained about it. The servers are hit or miss. The last time we went we had a great server, but sometimes they can be less bubbly than most Americans prefer.
